I'm certified manifestation coach , practicing law of attraction and law of assumption since last 10 years. you are just talking on very top level, it is quantum physics , need to understand the depth. what is vibration, conscious , sub concious , frequency, have mixed many things . I suggest doing ZIKR of ALLAH believe me you can achieve "dunya + akhira + peace" by the will of ALLAH. And see the ayaats of Quran about zikr you'll leave all these ( doubted ) concepts
