I’m a Spartans fan. I don’t like Michigan. But Michigan’s announcers do a very good job of describing the game. And, at least in these clips, they are very gracious about the loss. Sure they (incorrectly) question a couple of no-calls, but it’s not as bad homering as I’ve heard from them in the past. And this is so much fun to watch -- oh man.

@@slipshaft Definitely not but let's not forget MSU is always ready for a surprise. The 2009 Spartans lost to CMU and beat undefeated UM at 1-3 in Lieu of a forgettable yet semi-decent 6-7 finish.

I thought the same thing. I’d never heard them, but they sounded like high school football announcers. As an Ohio state fan, I find this funny. TTUN teams under harbaugh are just pathetically unsound on a fundamental level. They’re sloppy and rinky dink. John Cooper at least won a rose bowl. Has harbaugh even a single NYD bowl?

@@donniebuza2597 Check the final score again. No touchdown was taken from Michigan, just ask the refs. Michigan beat themselves. They still don't understand they need to play all 60 minutes.
@@cdjhyoung yea we only won because they took Michigan's clear touchdown away when they recovered the fumble in the endszone, the refs clearly altered the entire outcome of the game, your just pretending it didn't happen, the score really should've been Michigan 44- MSU 37 the refs really pave the way, that's why Purdue was able to just stand over MSU because MSU is no where near as as good as Michigan, that's why Michigan is ranked higher now

The problem I always had with Dierdorf and Brandstatter was they took every failure of U of M personally and always said, "WE" when referring to the team.
Who the heck cares? They were the announcers for U of M and were $$$$ PAID $$$$ by U of M! As a Spartan all I can say is "Thank you gentlemen for your years service! Please accept our parting gift!" I hope Bo and Bob Uker are spinning like turbine engines in their caskets!

This game will go down as being a useless W for State. It had no effect on Michigan winning the Big Ten Championship and going to the playoff. Like many Michigan State victories over Michigan, the Clock game, the Monsoon game, the Punt game, this game, that game...never a clean win...this game will be known as the Blind Ref game. Hilarious

Brandstatter is just awful as a play-by-play announcer. Constantly whining for penalties, late on the call, tripping over his words, can't describe basic plays.

Yeah, isn't that a crock? MSU's involvement with Nassar was investigated by so many people, especially ESPN's Paula Lavigne who invented so much in her portrayal of MSU. Never proved a single thing. Michigan gets accusations and nobody wants to say word one and are just hoping it goes away. Seems like the only reason they aren't all over it is because the shock factor isn't as strong because it's college age men and not young women or young boys(PSU).
