to anyone confused,the game had a small halloween update after 1.3 with the map reskin and the addition of the ritual dagger and the cure that were removed after halloween ended,this dgc guy conveniently had some cures on alts so he bassicly was high forever on the weed dose outside of the ps+ servers (before patch the cure was able to cure the poison you get after your bar was depleted during the effects,antidote cant do this even though working same as the cure)
