福隆車站位於新北市貢寮區，為臺灣鐵路管理局宜蘭線的鐵路車站，為臺鐵北部區域北上的最後一站。以鄰近海灘及過去月台小販販售之月台便當著名，早年每逢列車停靠即可聽聞便當叫賣聲，但現已停止月台販售服務，大門外仍聚集多家販售「福隆便當」之店家。
福隆海水浴場，是個即使沒有去過也一定聽過的景點！你可能不知道的是，早在日據時代開始，他就已經是個相當知名的海水浴場，穿梭歷史百年後至今仍熱鬧非凡。雙溪河在此入海，使得這片金黃色沙灘被太平洋及雙溪河前後簇擁著，形成內河外海，獨一無二的雙重景觀，再加上一片湛藍海景，有黃金海岸之美譽。連接兩處的彎月型拱橋則有個很美的名字-「彩虹橋」，引領遊客前往這片夏日聖地，而除了碧海藍天的海灣風光，因這裡河面寬廣，水流平穩，無論是風帆、獨木舟或是衝浪等水上活動都非常適合，愛好水上運動的你千萬不要錯過。
