When I moved in 7th grade, my new English teacher had this thing called music journals, where every morning she would play a music video and have us write a paragraph about the song or video or lyrics or something like that. On my very first day at the new school, this was the video she played, and ever since then I've absolutely loved this song. It's one of my feel good songs, especially this video with it. I'm 20 now but I still listen to this song all the time

If you see the purpose of this DOG VERSION is because you see he was rescued he must of been in trouble and was having a hard life this must of been the bulldogs first day with them, the bulldog is saying this is the best thing that could happen to him!

@@jennadraper5558 If you are confused about the music video, I will explain it. It shows that the bulldog is excited, happy and being walked by his owner. Towards the end, you see them rewind back to the beginning again, which would be the time before everything happened. And when they rewind, they show the owner signing a paper, to adopt him, and him letting him out of his cage. And basically, that's the dog saying this is the best day of his life, and he couldn't be happier. Then at the very, very end it says that you should adopt a dog. That's why I find this cute and sad, because we all know that cats and dogs don't have long lives and we should cherish every moment with them. That's also why it would be even sadder if the dog dies and this would be one of his memories. Sorry for ruining the mood. 😞

OH MY GOD. I am here in 7th grade, looking back to third grade when they would always play this in the cafeteria on fridays. This was on my recommended and i love dogs so i clicked on it. Now im in happy tears 😂😭
I love this so much! I foster pups and I always play this song on adoption day, especially on the drive to their new home. It's a big party the whole day! I never cry tears of joy 'til I'm alone in the car and driving home and I always dry my tears before getting home to my resident pups. To be fair there are tears of missing them mixed in because I love them so much and because they did it! my resident pups sometimes see them again when they visit so they know it was a great day because they hear all about how awesome they are doing. My favorite thing in the whole world is when a resident pup visits a former foster brother or sister at their home and the pup is so proud they give them an entire tour. Best feeling ever.

My wife and I have a rescue pit bull who was in and out of several homes and numerous SPCA stays before my wife brought her to her forever home.
We will forever adopt rescues and save puppies.
When our "Lily" inevitable "crosses the rainbow bridge" we are adopting another pit and a lab beagle that doesn't need to face cruel testing.

I play this song each time I see a Bulldog being adopted. Not just at GEBR, but all over. I played it again today, when a new rescue Bulldog came into my home. Tank has a new home and a new brother. I had to play it twice. This is the only sales pitch for a rescue that has ever moved me to donate.
