Judicial Service Commission Constitutional Court Judge Interviews-Day 3

The Judicial Service Commission is re-running interviews for two Constitutional Court judge positions.
The JSC agreed to the re-run after a legal challenge from the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution, which argued that the original process was flawed.

Ms Vuma was one of the best representatives about what law should be about: Hearing someone's side, and uplifting them out of a permanent or past mistake. We become better through trial and error, and yes - hers was unforgiveable, but the person is forgivable.
