@@cm-15 truthfully, its tied between pewdiepie and ksi because to be doing youtube for so long and not losing a bit of relevancy and having a loyal fanbase, its impressive tbh and i dont think any other youtuber has done that. In my opinion of course.

It sucks that JJ had to leave Twitter for his mental health. Now that he’s left, all the little kids have started pilling on. Search “KSI”, and there’s a hate mob with ten’s of thousands of likes, calling JJ sexist, transphobic, homophobic, etc. There’s even kids making up lies and accusing him of legitimate crimes, and people are believing it. He’s alluded to it multiple times, but one of these days JJ is just gonna have a kid and completely leave the internet entirely, and I can’t blame him. Fuck cancel culture.
Hes most likely gonna stop youtube yes and most likely the rest of the social medias but I think he might carry on with his music seeming he really enjoys it
He didnt leave twitter because of mental health, those kids tried to cancel him but he gives no fuck , im pretty sure it doesnt have any effect on jjs mental health. He leavea twitter because of the toxicity of the community in general, people are getting canceled left, right and centre over stupid reasons, and it made JJ mad, you can see his rant on cancel culture when crankgameplays are being called out, he said that the problem is people are geting offended on behalf of other people.

its a shame to see people trying to cancel JJ on twitter, his heart seems to always be in the right place and he has good intentions. anything he's said seems to just be to entertain and make people laugh/bring happiness to them, and not the hurt anyone.
Good thing he cancel twitter i mean everyone should its just not safe for anyone really. Heck i did the same thing even though i'm not popular but just being average person people will get you fired and such so having less social media has made my health a lot better and many more. People should try it cause right now twitter or any social media just makes people feel greedy and creepy and guilt all in one.

Harry and Tobi’s relationship is the most underrated in the sidemen imo
I’ve never met JJ but I’ve met the other sidemen apart from Vik, these guys are honestly such genuine people and it makes you realise they’re not just entertainers on a screen. All of them are good lads and it’s amazing to see how far they’ve come as a group and individually with their own success.
Yha something most people on youtube doesn't seem to get like they are just average people trying to make easier living. But yet some fans takes it to far and creepy.

JJ has made so many RUclipsrs careers from the sidemen to his critics to people reacting to his stuff. The best thing is he never brags about it and he hasn’t let it change him. He isn’t flexing his chains and cars he’s making videos with his friends still when we all know he doesn’t need to as much as they do but he’d never admit that because he loves doing what he does and you have to appreciate an influencer like that

Thats the thing that I love about JJ, he wants everyone to do well and supports them and he doesnt shove it in peoples faces. Its sad that not everyone sees that side of him. Im so happy for Tobi for his progress over the years and the rest of the sidemen.

There’s a difference between JJ and Ksi I think his fans and his genuine friends know JJ while the rest who wants to cancel him or hate him only knows ksi not JJ
yes, I believe so too. You really feel that connection in his Reddit videos. the videos are so direct, the feedback feels direct. See I like Pewdipie too but his subreddit seems very corporate-like. The way JJ's Reddit has turned out is almost a dream scenario, it feels most of the fans are still the one's who've stayed for a long long time and the banter and the humor has that feel to it
Yeah, at the end of the day KSI is just one more of JJ's characters. It might be the most close to home since it is just an ego flex, but it clearly is a tougher version of himself he presented as a kid. World class entertainer, world class positive impact, world class man.
The Sidemen are nice people. I met Simon, Zerka and Ethan at the airport and they were very friendly spoke to us and took pictures with us. I think their online personas are very different to how they actually are. I can imagine Tobi and JJ being the same.
I met JJ and a few of the sidemen crew when I was in at uni in London, my friends from uni were hanging out with SDMN.
JJ is one of the most genuine people I've ever met, we spoke for a long time and had a drink together and I definitely can vouch for how friendly and humble he is.

The one thing that makes the Sidemen work to this day is that one thing Tobi said: despite JJ being far bigger then the others and in the beginning others in the group were bigger then the rest, they all understand they are equal and confirm that by the equal percentages. Other groups fall apart soon one of them (or several) start being greedy and want more of the cut because they are bigger. The Sidemen stayed real on that department and even helped others reach new levels ("The troops"). I think that sums up their success. They don't use others as stepping stones, they reach success together.
We can make fun of him as much as we want. He’s chill with it. Tbh world’s a better place with him.

JJ made a video about a boy I used to go to school with called Shayen Patel, who was fighting brain cancer and passed away. The fact that JJ took time to make that video warmed my heart so much as KSI was (I think) Shayen's favourite celebrity

I grew up watching Jj, Simon, Harry, Chris MD, Big Gibber and all the UK youtube group playing fifa back in the early days. Those people play a huge role on the youtube scene and i'm proud to say that i have been part of this journey

I know Sidemen get annoyed at how much in detail people remember their old videos and make connections for banter, but that is because I genuinely believe they are some of the best groups to exist on this planet. This group is impossible. It's very hard to feel it's not all a sham because we've seen how easily groups break. These lot have been that group of friends and have stayed just like that since. It is amazing how little has changed in their interaction. Them just interacting and having fun is what made them into what they are. They are a very accurate representation of a very fun realistic friend group
