You’re supposed to be able to on the app so check the box and scan the QR code I wasn’t able to though it didn’t work for me

got this too lol i know its fake, all stuff works , the pass transparent pass through and the ANC. but you wont be able to use the JBL app for this

@@MrRumbarbar I already solved it. There is a small button at the bottom of the charger. You have to hold it down, from what I remember, and the headphones will reset. They work properly for me.
