When one sees how hard it is for the driver to handle this car one gets more and more respect for the F1 drivers who can drive these cars on the limit, mostly without crashes :-) Great to see and hear these older cars still driving/racing!!
good driving, i think the BOSS GP is one of the most spectacular classes in car racing. i hope more f1,f3000,champcar owners start racing with it. 1.26.93 is not a bad laptime. if you look at the 2010 qualify results. sebastian vettel had pole with 1.13.791 and sakon yamamoto was slowest with 1.19.844. that means that you are only 7 seconds slower with a 10 year old car!!! and they have better tires, bigger teams and they can afford risks. keep up the good work!
@henrico21 You also forget these drivers are riding with heavily de-tuned engines. Those revs are cut down to improve on reliability. This Arrows f.e. is almost 2000RPM down on when it was competing in 2001. That is something which hurts the laptime quite a bit too.
