Skiing with firearms, now that takes me back!! Seven winters in North Norway training for arctic warfare, though we slept in a snow hole rather than a nice warm chalet. OK, OK not all the time but it makes a nice sound bite!

This Swedish hunt was amazing! As amateur hunting filmmaker I really appreciate great camera and editing work on that. What an amazing footage... simply great. Congratulations for the crew! Best regards from Poland!

Why are politicians getting involved in another countries business, The UK has no right to BAN anything these countries do

Great film in Sweden, a big difference to hunting in UK, imagine shooting a 6.5 CM in the air in the UK!

Reference the hunting trophy ban, my I understanding is that it will become a law in name only, it can be surpassed if required by importing into Northern Ireland and then following reclassification of the item with NI customs, it can then be imported into the rest of uk if you so desire. The bill has been drafted to encompass EU law and EU’s lack of ban of hunting trophy imports. Apparently Uk Westminster government had to admit/ concede this was the case in the debate this week🤦‍♂️

Great scenery but COLD!Why do they use such a large calibre for a bird?Surely a 222 or 22-250 would suffice?Another shout out for the unsung cameraman David!Stuck to his task!👏 P.S.
An old trick to stop mechanisms freezing,is to put a drop of gin on the trigger mechanisms/bolt etc.😉

Sometimes looong distances, 6,5x55 swe is probably the most common caliber for this type of hunt. Flat shooting, good bc and less sensitive to wind. (our "national caliber" so a bit of tradition and availability aswell) But 222 would work....

6.5 creedmoor. Just a worse version of 260 remington.
