  • In today's video I talk about how I transitioned to going to college online during the pandemic. I discusses how classes, homework, and exams went. Really, everything went smoothly. I hope this video can help you out if you have to do online classes in the fall, especially if you will be a freshman. Let me know in comments if you have any questions! You can do it :)

LOL OK that was literally me, freaking out about what I’m gonna do when I found out. That being said, I’m also disappointed that most of my classes this fall will probably be online as well. I’m just tired of online stuff and I miss the imperson interaction. But as you pointed out, mostly with my really related to vision and it would’ve been difficult anyway. Also I can totally relate to try to get it on time for class and freaking out because the printer doesn’t work.

I am sorry but when you said before you had lug around your CCTV, and that made me laugh. When I was younger and had a CCTV it was one the old ones that weighed about 80-100 pounds and I had to move it found room to room on a cart because as a little kid in grades 3-6 I could not lift it. It is just funny that you say you had to lug your around when it ways less than 10 pounds probably and can easily fit into a backpack.

Haha yeah I had one of those giant CCTVs in elementary school. Luckily I don’t have to lug that around now, but my current CCTV isn’t a walk in the park either. I used to just put it in my backpack, but then it caused me to dislocate my shoulder because it was too heavy (I have joint problems), so now I have to use a rolling backpack, which my guide dog always jams into things because he only knows to guide me, not my suitcase / backpack. So I’m grateful that technology has improved so much, but it still is cumbersome and not super graceful lol
