the tails are quite loud but it’s okay at conventions since the noise is covered by all the people talking

Is the tail controllable, I'm an thenian [idk if I spelled it right] and my tail got broken bc of my cousin grabbing it and not letting me be me, so...is the tail able to be controlled by the user or is it just random on what it does/same with the wings
