Wish I could be an Aussie like this dude. He has big balls
Last year I was sitting in bed and I dropped my phone on the floor so I just reached down to pick it up and right next to it was a big Funnel Web that was rearing up...needless to say I had to change my PJ bottoms after that!
That's what scares me not knowing if one had got into the house and going to bed. I bet that was a scary experience! Did you catch it ?
Yeah but if you got bitten you could get treated couldn’t you????
Yeah did you catch it 💗
What happened next with the funnel web??
Holy smokes
That is the most adorable battle cry I have ever heard.
18:40 one of these was crawling around my kitchen and it looked EXACTLY like a funnel web spider. Only difference was it was moving slowly and calmly and my dad said it was easy to catch.
This bloke is awesome I’d love to move to Australia 🇦🇺
OMGGGG that baby devil is soooo adorable!!!!
Well I conquered my severe arachnophobia to watch this and got to say I really love the personality of the trapdoor spiders, and glad to know a few things if I'm ever bitten by a funnel web, I've already been bitten five different times in my life by Huntsmen and Whitetails
Insane...😂
How have you managed to be bitten that many times 🧐 lol! I'm not afraid of any other spiders... However, the huntsman spider is my worst nightmare. I quite literally put fibreglass tape around my door so the big ones don't come in. I can't even cope with baby huntsmans.
I don't know why I'm watching a video with SPIDERS when I'm arachnophobic (to the point that I freak out over a teeny tiny spider).
Funnel Webs are no joke, where I live they aren't considered common yet I've had two in my yard/house (that I know of). One in the back yard that was moved on, another came into the house after a massive storm trying to seek shelter - male as well, aggressive AF (wasn't going to risk someone being bit). No way I was going to try and catch that thing and put it back outside, seemed almost immune to pest spray (took forever to go down).
Drown them in poison....Love it...
Flame thrower?
A phone book or a heavy Samsonite can do the job... SLAM. 💥 Bye...👋😊
Here in the UK, my wife was bitten by a wolf spider. I myself, was bitten by a wolf spider about ten years later. It left two little fang marks that left an itchy reaction and redness.
Was you and your wife ok
@@davidstrong8279 no they died 😏
I got bit by a fiddle spider and the two fang marks were visible on my foot even years later, especially when I took a warm shower. Can't see them now though.
@@ciankai A Hobo/Brown Recluse spider bite can be very serious! 😨😖
This guy is new to me and is the most engaging guy since Steve Irwin, respect sir my lad and me loved this content!
I like this guy. Informative, engaging and personable.
Deadly spiders everywhere and that guy has an ant crawling on his face and doesn't bat it off 😲
If a kitten in a bundled towel is a purrito, is a baby Tasmanian devil in a bundle a grrrito?
12:46 - lol, the sound little Tassie made when you put him in the bag. I could literally hear “Hey!” 😂
Kjio
I keep 4 tarantulas and 1 Asian forest scorpion, they’re super interesting to watch grow and eat.
I am yhe happy owner of a Brachypelma emilia female. She is a bit skittish, but very sweet-natured. She is my 12th spider, and my first tarantula. My wife loves her too.😊
i don't do spiders but this segment is it good educational lesson and for my awareness
Know your enemy, lol
Well, fine, my next holiday goes tooooooo: Austria!!!! No bad spiders, just a few mountains- perfect.
Lol 😆🤣
Lol
😂
True Aussie TV. Love it.
How he not falling into space upside down like that. Australians built different...
Spiders scare me too much
Medium spiders
You can go
Big spiders
No thanks
Small spiders
HOLY HELL
I live in England and I would hate to live in Australia. How many bugs you have to deal with hahaha I wouldn’t get any sleep at all every night you would be worrying about getting bit and dying! So glad we don’t have to worry I get loads of sleep it’s so nice.
The Wolf spiders allways startled me
We get wolf spiders in the UK similar markings to the Aussie ones but a bit smaller and lighter colour
I made the mistake of watching this spider filled video before bed. Yep regretting that decision. Lights on in my room tonight i think.
😂😂😂
The wolf spider remind me of the video of broom hitting a spider and loads of little spiders came out.
Great video
Tim, you are so knowledgeable and teach us so much!
Gods I love Tasmanian Devils, I hope that the breeding populations remain safe from that dreadful disease.
hopefully they grow in numbers enough so that humans can let nature weed out the ones that have specific sicknesses that could decimate them.
I know what I said sounded cruel but that's just how nature works. Devils are predominantly necrophage, so them being resistant to all kinds of diseases is a must, currently they aren't. Once the population can sustain it's elf even through natural selection, then it will be stable.
Me too they’re beautiful!
@@se7ensfarm112 nj 😂😂😂😘😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Skakajajajajak 😎😎😎😎😎😎
Man that joey's a firecracker "like his mum" LMAO, so cute!!! Everything is going wild, so I'm not surprised everything is out of sync! Welcome to the world little devil in 2021 as we all know it since last year!
They’re so flipping cute.
awww bitey baby!!!
top 3 deadists in the US are black widow spider, brown recluse spider, and Hobo spider.
Totally agree with you there. I’ve been bitten by a brown recluse not once but twice in the same week and omg! Talk about a bite I’ll never forget
I'm from the US and hands down the most deadly is my ex wife.
It depends on where you live
Why am I watching this I’m terrified of spiders
Absolutely beautiful video ❤❤❤😇
i flinched when the first suspense sound played for the australian tarantula
How can Tim look away from these spiders at the camera? 😳🕷. I don’t know how the camera person doesn’t jump because I jumped every time! 🤣
the joey is soooooooooooo cute!
Love aussies, great work, love🇬🇧
I am very much scared of spiders but they are still beautiful creatures. Scary but beautiful. I have seen anything from blue tarantulas to green, yellow, red and purple'ish spiders. They are beautiful but scary.
I’ve got to to that reptile park next time I’m in Aussie 🤩 Them spiders 🕷
Tim's top five Spiders;
The Woof spider lol, it sounds like Tim says woof spider rather than Wolf spider, makes me smile every time he says it. Seriously though, I love the videos, interesting, informative and presented by someone who clearly is passionate about the wonderful animals he cares for.
Awesome
that sound he made after tim said let's get a better look at him was adorable!!!
"Up close & personal with Australia's DEADLIEST spiders" Proceeds to explain how each one is not actually deadly.
Poor mama Taz is so worried about her baby ❤️❤️❤️
No crickets were harmed in this video.
Ugh spiders! That baby Tasmanian devil is so cute!
I love to remind myself how scared of spiders i am.
علوبلاغللاالللللللاللااءلاتتبدزل-&''&_'$$$$$#$$$$$$$$$
I actually can watch this because I know I don't have to deal with those 8-legged weird things because I live 18 flight hours away😰
تتتسفتفوبتنر
The deadliest thing in Australia is the government.
Ha ha you made my day, spiders are many sizes and very different encounters, but what ever spiders might be, they are innocent, man got to learn there.....
idk man crocs are pretty scary
That Tasmania devil is so cute
Spinnakers? So your trapdoor likes sailing huh? 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Fun fact:most spiders actually have poison but there fangs aren’t sharp enough to penetrate into our veins
No spider has poison.
Forgot the most deadliest: the huntsman spider 😂!!! 😰😰😰
I am not scared of any other spiders. However, when it comes to huntsman spiders, they are my worst nightmare. Definitely have a true phobia of them.
🕸🕷Who else JUMPED @ 17:49 !!!??!! I DID !😳 LOL 😂 😩
Black Widow spiders: "Am I a joke to you?"
Yes.
I really want to know why funnel web spider venom is so effective on primates when there aren't any native primates in Australia
camelions must feel useless when Ur staring straight at them lol
So in one clip they say the baby will be hand reared for 6 more months at the reptile park. In the clip just before they said its be weaned within 2 months if they had not intervened. So which is it?
Meaning he will be closely fed for 6 months by humans before being let out to get his own food at the preserve.
@@mick5330 so instead of two months with mum he is given 6 months to wean. Why such a big difference?
Subbed and liked.
That’s heartbreaking taking baby Lucky from his mother, when his mother showed she wanted him back but was powerless to do so. Most heartbreaking things to watch.🥺😞
Well, thay HAD to check him. This is a highly engageret species, so every specimen counts, if they are to HAVE future alive in Australia.
I’ve seen the fauna web spider it was shiny deep black and it was very agressive
Sorry but its Funnel!
Whose spider are so gangsters, but no thanks you Aussie🕷😳
All the old world species of mygalomorph spiders are generally more aggressive. So basically the spiders from Asia, Africa , Australia. The North American species are more docile.
did this man just say "the spider found in every outback toilet"??? I'm sorry *what, where*
New word unlocked: Envenomates
Watch out for the tornado! 4:00 I know OZ is weird with animals but; wackiest "spider" I've ever seen...:)
I have extremely bad arachnophobia and just seeing them on a video gives me creeps
I got a spider stuck in my nose - yuck 😝 - it bite my lip - lucky i did not react badly
Yucky 😝
i also have australian barking spiders as my pets
Those Devil noises!
The Wolf Spider is not dull - those markings are beautiful.
I'm forever going to wear tucked in button ups so I too can carry small animals in my "pouch"
Tim, you're bonkers concearning loving the spiders 🥶
Hans! Get the flamethrower :D
Scary but interesting
White tails spiders im more scared of once got bitten and ended up with a hole in my chest after the bite got infected 😂 venom or whatever eats away skin yum
It's the bacteria on their fangs, not the actual venom that causes skin necrosis.
@@BM-wf9uf good to know! Horrible things they are
Yep think I'll stay in England 👍
💖🌷💖🌷💖Really love the channel !
This is like looking at the Future.
Its so cool that he is careing for lucky
We have wolf spiders in New England US as well. Remember coming across my first one cleaning a campground. Quick way to scare a kid is have them open the bathroom door and it being right in your face.
🐼 Big Bear Hugs from a 67 yr old grandma in Kirby, Texas, USA 🐼 🖤🖤🖤
I'm very thankful for the intense cold I live in 😂😁
٩
I got bit by it’s cousin the Black widow and there bites are just very itchy but every on reacts differently
Not the most accurate spider info, but I love his enthusiasm.
I don’t know why I clicked because I’m about to go to bed(yes I know very early) and I’m afraid of spiders
Yes I get white tail spider's in my bed all the time very annoying I check now for them and I keep my clothes in zip up bags not hanging in the wardrobe becuse we have a lot of spider's were I am white tails thunnel Webb's not Sydney thunnel webs Redbacks very creepy
@@jennyrules2694 I am glad I don’t live in Australia, I am glad I live in the north on an island where there aren’t dangerous spiders, we do have some snakes though
I have a pet Australian rainforest tarantula They are beautiful creatures I would love to get a Hunsman
I know right? I don't have any Old World tarantulas, just my T. Albo, but I'd love to eventually get more! My girlfriend wants a Huntsman too, I'm just not sure where to find one for sale
@@Lexicon2896 I have someone but he's from SA he sells them has a lot of weird animals I can give you his RUclips you can add him where to get huntsmans
They should have moved the mother, and Joey somewhere safe.
Why? Now the mother can bread and have more joeys and the joey can get healthy and go back for breading in a couple years. I don’t see an issue, I get that they took him away from her but it was gonna happen soon anyway.
Tim seriously? You guys didn't have a new episode so uploaded and old episode? Glad I stayed to watch the entire episode. I take back my 1 st comment. I had not seen your 5 favourite aussie spiders. Do I really want want to move there?
Yep! Tbh I live in Australia but rarely see spiders or snakes! (Apart from the doom spiders (Huntsman and “long leg” spiders)
I once spotted a duckling in mid-late fall o.o it was really small when we saw it... I named it Late x3 prob didn't survive..
Aww,. Taz momma looked completly demoralized once she was hanging upside-down from her tail. lol
Came for the spiders... and skipped everything else except the spiders
Awesome to watch!
How long does it take for the tail to grow back?
This is as close as I want to get to spiders.
So is this the Australian version of coyote peterson?
God bless ground frost
Terrified of spiders but I love Tim. The looks of Mark Wahlberg and the enthusiasm of The Crocodile Hunter. Love love love it
He looks sweeter/more sympathetic than Mark Wahlberg...
The funll wap spiter is very cooooooooooooot
I once had a wolf spider under my decking and it's jaws was so powerful that it almost took the stick out of my hand while I went and touch it and also tim is correct I see them probably care for their babies .

🤔 that's nothing I came home once and there was one in bed with my wife. Cheeky little fr had MY t shirt on😏
Why are the spiders in small plastic containers? Know they aren't airtight, still, seems such a small space to keep them in... Not doubting for a minute Tom and his crew know what their doing professionally, just wondering is all...
Lucky is adoreable ❤️... would give ALL Tasmanian devils wide berth mind you, no matter how small, doesn't appear the cuddliest kind of animal. 😳
To be fair, any animal taken from the wild (or sanctuary) would be feisty...
Funnel-webs don't really move around much anyway, and live in confined burrows in the wild. Large, open spaces can stress them out.
I love Tim he's full of knowledge and always educating. The only spiders I worry about are the brown recluse where I live. The black widow not as much as the brown recluse, Ive seen the damage they can do. 🙂❤
My auntie got bit by a BR and almost died. saved her wrist best they could ...be careful
