Hi Achia, Merry Christmas!! Thank You for sharing your Holy Grail products. Because of you, I finally broke down and tried the UFD gel. This gel is everything you said and more. And because I have a rewards card at CVS and get their coupons, I have paid less than $9 for each bottle.
Merry Christmas. Thanks for the video. I think this year you have leveled up your styling game. i will have to try the Ouidad DC. My discovery this year since i needed to replace Camille Rose (then have a Great products but i do not agree with their c/s handling) are: 1 - Curls Dynasty. If you like the Almond Jai and Curlove , you will love the Kalahari Smoothie leave in and The twisted definition, Vanilla custard 2- Kinky Tresses the entire collection 3- Pydana , the 3 in 1 moisturiser and the Avocado moisture treatment. I am curious to buy more because my hair litteraly ate the DC. First time i use à DC and my instantly reacted positively too it before even applying heat !! I wish the jar was bigger . The 3 in 1 gives you a magnificent Twist out. There is no glycerin, so it is ideal for humid weather ! With regards Curly Magic it s very moisturising and i tried to use it to pair it with Eco olive oil. My wash n go was 😳. Incredible and no crunch. Maybe you should try use it after a leave in and then use a bit of Ampro. These would be my recommandation. Your wash n go looked very defined 👍🏾👌🏾❤️ Absolutely love the look. 😍
Happy New Year! Great products review, you introduced me to products that I will try. My favorite DCs are Alikay Naturals Honey & Sage, Miche Beauty Indulge, and Adwoa Beauty Deep Conditioner. I will have to try Pattern Beauty's products that don't contain silicone. Now that Whitney has added a leave-in, I will have to try her three products along with the satin lined hair wraps. 🥰
The Eden Body Works Coconut She's Leave In is my holy grail too. It is so moisturizing and has great slip. I love the price and the fact that I can buy it local.
I can't wait for the HAIR PRODUCTS ON DA LOW vid!!! Oh my poor coin! I spent all my dollas on my 18 month old for Xmas!!! I did buy myself a hairdryer and a few re ups. Loving yo style and look!
I usually order the Hask DC on Amazon. I used the Pattern Leave-In for the first time on Monday and paired it with CRN Curlmaker.....nice results. Melanin is coming out with a leave-in, as a matter of fact I believe it was on pre-order in Dec. Happy New Year!
I fell in love with the Oyin Ginger Mint Co Wash so I ordered 2 more. Will probably end up getting a liter size. What I absolutely love about Oyin is they ship super FAST.
I love the curl junkie's daily fix over the ginger mint cowash, i wish the ginger mint didn't give my hair chronic dryness. You're right about cleaning conditioners though.. the cleansing power can be lacking on some even though it conditions.... I really like The new RX conditioner, still need to monitor the use though. Hopefully you can do a review and the products!
I have the Texture ID, but it's not moisturizing for my hair. I've used different leave-ins with it but my hair is always dry by the end of the day. I'm currently using Paul Mitchell foaming pommade. It works well on my twa.
I still have yet to try the ouidad mask! You rave about it so much it stays on my list! I completely am in love with curly magic as much as you! It is phenomenal in everyway! I have gotten super defined shiney results each time. A great combo with curl magic is the Miche beauty leave in and the curly magic on top that is a WINNER! Great wash and go full of moisture! I also surprisingly have not tried the TMC easy on the curls shampoo or conditioner! I see you mention it often! When it come to mane choice shampoos I have used the Tropical Moringa, Exotic Cool Laid, Heavenly Halo, and the Cheers collection shampoos. The most hydrating shampoo is the heavenly halo because of the oils that are very high up in the first 5 before the surfactants. It also has yucca root which is a natural surfactant. Then I would say exotic cool laid is next. And same thing but it has different oils and some aloe vera. Are there any brands big or small that you want to try or review that have peeked your interest? Great Video Achia Merry Christmas ❤💚☃️
Your hair looks amazing! A new (to me) styler I love is Vernon Francois Styling Cream 💕 Light-weight but emollient, great definition but no crunch. I love UFD Curly Magic! Other gels I love are Design Essentials Curl Forming Custard and Shea Moisture Sacha Inchi Oil Omega 3, 6, 9 Rescue + Repair Twist & Lock Gel; both are really moisturizing, leave great shine and definition w/o crunch. I also love the Sacha Inchi treatment masque and Mo Knows Hair mask. Pattern's leave in and Intensive conditioners are also faves 💕
My favorite products so far are the matrix biolage cleansing conditioner for curly hair but that was discontinued sadly, the oyin ginger mint cowash, tgin shampoo, tgin mask, mielle mongongo conditioner, sheamoisture 100% coconut mask, texture I'd deep conditioner, camille rose coconut water leave in, curls cashmere leave in, mane choice 3 in 1 leave in, curls Blueberry bliss leave in, super wet hair gel and camille rose almond jai twisting butter.
Merry Christmas! Thank you for this post and your time. I also pre-ordered the Melanin Haircare 7-in-1 conditioner. I'm super excited to get it. I thought I was all done with my haircare shopping, but I realized I was lacking in leave-ins. The only ones I actually have are the Uncle Funky's Daughter Midnight Train spray leave-in and Kinky Curly Knot Today. Right now, I am in a season of protective styling since it's the rainy season here in Hawaii. So I plan to save my UFD spray and my KC for when I return to wash n go's, and I'm hoping the Melanin conditioner as great as she says cause I intend for it to be my go-to cream leave-in until it is used up or my seasons change :)
Happy New Year! Your hair looks gorgeous!! 💗 are you going to be trying the Melanin Hair Care Leave-in conditioner? Also, I’m probably on the late train but Curls has 4 new gels they came out with. What’s your take on that? Do they interest you at all? I would like to hear your thoughts/reviews on them. The Eden BodyWorks coconut leave-in is BAE! I fell in love with the Mielle Pomegranate leave-in and soufflé this year. Love, love, love that line.
Does the Ouidad recovery mask contain protein? You confirmed in another video it's safe for protein sensitive hair but I'm just wondering if it is protein free?

Kurlee Belle Naturals is a new fave for me...their shampoo is very moisturizing and the Banana deep conditioner is divine!
