The empoleon ogerpon duo is really underrated. I actually came up with the same idea independently (although with life orb and on a very different team) and got decent results in Reg E, but I stopped using it because I thought it wouldn’t work in Reg F. Clearly that’s not the case, which is very impressive. Kudos to the 2009 World Champion for such a creative team!
Ok after using the team it has one glaring weakness and that’s iron crown Psy spam which you can’t really do anything against edit: only after watching the conclusion later i heard he said it has no answers to it

it's actually soooo funny. I am playing in a regulation F VGC Draft league, so VGC with a budget, and i drafted salamence fluttermane, and toxicroack, with volcarona and kingambit, so this video just gives me ideas for the future i guess

I think youre right, he must have thought you had dazzling gleam, i thought you had dazzling gleam and i saw the team sheet! Lol. Still, as it was he had a better position than he realized and it would have been a good match.
