Dee Scott we really do but I can’t find a hair vendor who offers kinky curly hair that actually stays curly they all tend to drop a lot after a few washes. However I don’t recommend single strands of you have kinky curly or coily hair only micro link wefts I feel that single strands tangle at the root with really curly hair
@@deescott8312 This woman has type 4 hair, can't say for sure that it's C but its definitely type 4. The misconception is Type 4 is coarse hair when in fact 80% of the time its quite fine, just very coily. I have 4C hair and I have had the individual micro links in kinky straight and the weight of the bead and extension actually keeps the hair pretty straight. I am a stylist in Chicago of 10+ years so I am not just speaking on behalf of my hair but also clients.
TaQuilla Caradine I have 4C hair as well and I’m getting my hair done at the end of this month with kinky straight individual iTIps microlinks. Did you not get bad tangling? I recently got a keratin treatment so my hair gets straight pretty easily but would wear my hair blow dried more often than straight.
I love micro links! I’m getting mines out in a few days and can’t wait to rock my natural hair. I recommend finding textured hair to match natural brown skin girls. Very versatile and absolutely effortless. I had mines in since June , just make sure you keep up with your washes/treatments and tightening to maintain.

Although she's based in the USA, she's worth every dollar. If you can't get to the States... Do some research on where you can find a stylist of such. Esther Adikpe we have tried a few kinky curly clients and it’s a really challenge to get them to blend well but yes it can be done I just done advise going a lot longer than your own natural hair or you might see a step/line where your own hair ends and extensions continue

Why does your hair break or fall out when you put micro link hair extensions ?? I just had mine removed and my hair got so short I took them out and my hair is not the same it feels lesss :( I really like md my hair extensions but I don’t think I’ll get them ever again 😢😢😢
Oh ok sorry hun I have seen clients who have a lot of growth but hair gets thinner over time. It could be a number of reasons but I think most likely the extensions are to heavy for your hair and breaking your hair off. Or the hair extensions are rubbing on your end and creating friction/breakage
Because micro links really aren't good for our hair type. I've seen women with course kinky hair get this service and lose alot of their hair. I'd just stick to getting a partial sew in or even wearing clip ins would be healthier for our hair type.
Patricia Sanchez I would advise to stop using for some time give your hair time to recover then try again with a different stylist after around 6 months

Hi hun I think some might she list but if not for the first first stitch I push the needle through the weft and stitch 2x and I do the same for the last stitch on the end it helps to hold it down for longer x

Hi hun I would advise using a tighter curl/texture hair to reduce the amount of heat you have to use. You don’t want to keep straightening your hair to blend with extensions more Straight than your own hair (heat damage is nasty) a silk press every few weeks or texture release

100% this is what I hated about hair extensions over the last 15yrs and why we have 5 different texture and working on a 6 texture for our 4c /4 texture ladies
Only if they are kept in the hair to long, the extensions are to long and heavy on the hair or installed incorrect. Most clients see a lot of growth and volume but some clients do see breakage the only way to really know if your hair likes them or not if to put a sample row in for 1-2wks not just a 24hrs sample like we used to do in my salon that’s not long enough x
This just looks like a lot of trauma on your own roots if you have that hair on for a long period of time. That is so much weight to carry around and these are this is the kind of hair style that will thin out your roots permanently over a period of time.
True if left in to long any hair extensions even braids can pull on your hair we have a strict 8-10wks change policy and ask all client to have a extensions break 1-2 time a year to prevent any damage. Questions are you talking from experience or just giving an opinion?

Linda O yes but only because you can use larger sections of hair and the micro rings are very small so they sometimes tangle when you get new growth
