    good video, I have no clue about the axiom solver but the little setup you use in the beginning is really easy to setup and looks great

      Did you use AGX or Filmic?

      @@damidigitalcom Great job! Best looking AGX fire I’ve ever seen. Did you do any color grading outside of Blender?

    guys, please help me, where can I get Axiom Solver? Do I have Houdini 20,5,278?

    • @damidigitalcom
      @damidigitalcom  Месяц назад

      @@АлексейНовиков-п8л Axiom is a third party solver, you must buy or use the trial version from their website

    Man I was excited you did a breakdown for this, then after 2 minutes I realized Houdini breakdowns are NOT inviting for someone who doesn’t use Houdini or have much experience with nodes.
    Just curious, what are your thoughts on Embergen for something like this?

    • @damidigitalcom
      @damidigitalcom  2 месяца назад +4

      @@onlyswizzy I have been thinking of doing full beginning to end videos but they’d be quite long, likely 40 mins plus. If it’s something people are interested in i’d happily make one for my fire workflow, explaining each node.
      Embergen is fantastic and it’s only getting better, I only stopped using it for greater control over my sims and the fact that Axiom is REALLY fast. It’s also easier to get my pyro sims to play with other sims if i just do them all in Houdini.
      More specifically, you could recreate this easily in Embergen, I don’t have much experience with interesting sourcing though e.g. spreading fire dynamics

    howd you get your noise to look like that? mines just tiny rainbows

    • @damidigitalcom
      @damidigitalcom  16 дней назад

      Make sure your attribute noise is set on the “density” attribute and not “Cd” which I believe is default

    Do you happen to have any rendering for axiom with Redshift, perchance?

    How does the output differ to the built in SOP pyro solver

    • @damidigitalcom
      @damidigitalcom  2 месяца назад

      @@disvy1936 You could recreate this exactly with the default SOP solver, the difference is in speed. Axiom is considerably faster so you can art direct your fire quicker as easier.

    must have a 24G video card?

    • @damidigitalcom
      @damidigitalcom  2 месяца назад

      No, but it certainly helps. You'll just have to lower the voxel count in the Axiom Solver if you are maxing out on GPU memory.
