    I stay healthy by trying to find a balance between work and relaxation. Get enough sleep, go jogging every morning, eat healthy food (fish, vegetables,...), drink enough water, ... Thank you so much for the useful lesson!

    13 healthy habits:
    1. Eat breakfast every morning.
    2. Eat fish twice a week
    3. Get enough sleep. (7-8 hours a night).
    4. Make social connections. (An active mind is a healthy mind.)
    5. Exercise. (It helps manage stress, improves emotions and give people lots of energy.)
    6. Care for your teeth.
    7. Have a hobby.
    8. Protect your skin with protective skin substances or clothing. (Avoid the sun between ten in the morning until three in the afternoon.)
    9. Eat healthy between meals.( An apple a day keeps the doctor away.)
    10. Drink water. (8 glasses of water a day does a body good.)
    11. Drink tea.
    12. Take a walk every day.
    13. Have a plan. (Plan all of the above activities for your better health.)

    4:30 - There is a mistake in the text. The text is "Spending time with other people can also improve HELP". But the speaker says "Spending time with other people can also improve HEALTH". However, it is a very wonderful and useful program. I like it very much.

    7. Be Positive

    10. Be grateful that you are still alive so that you can start following your dreams

    I don’t have a plan for me to stay healthy but l went to tray to find it

    Hi , l am from india . l want to share my healthy habits with you . fistly , l drink hot water in cup in the morning everyday after pass half an hour l drink tea . Moreover , l having breakfast with my family l tell you l eat organic vegetables which growth in our kichengarden at my home . After that almost 11 :30 am we drink coffee , then we eatlunch approximately 2: 30 pm in lunch , we eat chapatti with curb almost everyday in the afternoon then again imbibe tea before it we drink water . last but not least , we having dinner at 8 pm ater it we take turmaric milk toghter .

      Your are missing natural repair
      Which means our body need rest to repair it self so we will stop eating for repair itself if we gap 16 hours that is called intermittent fasting it is very important
      For last meal and for morning forst meal we have to give atleast minimum 18 hours gap

    First relation between us and our God is very important.
    Second walk every day 1 hour.
    Thirty cut your habits to eat abnormal sugars and change them normal sugars like honey and Dates fruits.
    Fourth cut any week bad habits.
    Fifth visit your relatives once that you get chance.
    Last be ready to death. And do anything good.

    The healthy habits I do are walking on my house rooftop, drinking too much water even if I don't feel thirsty, and I brush my teeth two times a day and I use dental floss to clean between my teeth. Also, tea with sage is my favourite drink. In addition, I protect my skin from sun rays by applying sun block to it

    I'm from Sri Lanka.Hear ,there is a traditional slogan as, when you have breakfast , you should have it like a king. When you have lunch,it share with your friend,when you have your dinner, completely hand over to your enemy.
