- This is a taste test/review of Crumbl Cookies in six flavors including Milk Chocolate Chip, Confetti Milkshake, Galaxy Brownie, Strawberry Cupcake, Snickerdoodle and Caramel Praline.
Milk Chocolate Chip - a cookie with milk chocolate chips
Confetti Milkshake - sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles, buttercream & dollop of whipped cream
Galaxy Brownie - brownie cookie with fudge glaze & rainbow candy bits
Strawberry Cupcake - vanilla cookie with strawberry cream cheese frosting & white sprinkles
Snickerdoodle - sugar cookie with cinnamon sugar

I like how you seemed to talk yourself into buying both the regular and the mini versions of each cookie because I agree to be the most helpful and give the most thorough review that is what needs to be done. Again I love how thoroughly you break down why you like something and why you don’t because the very thing you don’t like maybe what someone else loves. So 👏👏👏

What I find funny is everybody thinking the mini cookies are so cute and some kind of novel idea. Ummm so they are just regular size cookies? Marketing🙄
These are much smaller than cookies I bake 😃
I have been WAITING for Crumbl to finally offer average size cookies in non-catering quantities. This will make me try more now. I cannot have the whole, big cookie around without eating it. Also makes it more convenient for folks who who want to take them to work, events, etc. without having to cut each cookie into pieces. This way everyone can have their own, normal size cookie!

I did the math and you ended up being shorted 48 Grams overall. So dividing that by 12 cookies you were shorted an average of 4 Grams per cookie. That's reasonably close. Very interesting experiment!

Yes! I was wondering how much they were short, on average! Thank you 🙏🏼 Curious if you noticed if the shorted amount was higher, on average, for the big or the small ones? It could be completely obvious after listening to Tami but my ADHD brain didn’t pick up any trends 🙈
@@emilyhellwig213 Sure no problem. The minis were shorted 8 grams or about 1.3 grams per cookie and the larger ones were shorted by 40 grams or about 6.7 grams per cookie!
They are always a lot smaller than the nutrition facts state. So they’re less calories as well!
I would buy the minis because the regular size Crumbl cookies are four servings for me .
And the flavor that sounds the best this week is the small strawberry cookie .

I would like to try the mini's but I don't buy those cookies to eat them all in one sitting. I love eating them over a course of a few days. I think I would still mostly get the large ones.
Fun review. For you, I would alternate 1 week buy all minis then the next week all full size. Eventually, you will be getting around to all of them. I know the snickerdoodle is plain, but it is the best texture’s snickerdoodle ever; my son’s favorite

I like the edges of crumble cookies or any cookies best but I like the inside of a brownie.

I think you should just follow your own findings - you buy the minis only, unless there happens to be alot of glazed ones in a particular week. It seems like the glazed ones were the only ones where the minis were missing something

It was me who suggested the weighing. THANK YOU for doing it!!!! I really enjoyed seeing the differences from what is advertised. I understand that each store makes them different and we've acknowledged that they will be different every time. That last video you had, those cookies looked SO flat... like we reallly had to see how much they weight. Will you be weighing them again for next week to compare? I don't expect you to weigh them every week :P

Great video!! I knew your guys would try the minis but didn’t expect the regular ones too! I’m so glad you did because I was wondering how they’d compare. I’m going to try the strawberry, galaxy, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle and probably double up on the strawberry and chocolate chip. Staying away from the confetti milkshake--it’s cute but if Tami says it’s sweet--it’ll be super sweet for me 😂 See ya next week!

Thanks for weighing, nice change. Do they always have the minis, but you only bought them this week to weigh them? There we go you answered that question🤣. The brownie and the praline would be my choices this week.
They have always offered minis through catering only which meant you had to order 50 or more. Now, they are offering the minis on Monday's only (I think it should be daily). Someone recommended we weigh them after last Monday's video and I thought it was a great idea. I had no idea the minis were going to be available, so it just so happened that we were able to weigh both. BTW, I tried to tag you in a comment on the Bucket List places we made yesterday, but I don't think it worked. I wanted you to read the comment from @retromoviefan944

Hmm, are Monday's their slowest day or does Mini Monday just have a good ring to it? OR are they trying to get you in there on Monday and want to come back later in the week? Probably all of the above. Lol. I've been wanting them to do minis not just for catering for a long time. Only problem is I don't often treat myself on Mondays, usually Friday or Saturday.
I wish they offered them every day. They are something I would have bought for the kids as a special treat when they were young. I would have bought them on a Friday or Saturday for sleepovers for them and their friends. Like you said - not Monday.

I like brownie edges, but Crumbl cookies seem too soft to me. Because when I mean I like brownie edges, I mean super hard and crunchy... I'm sure the edge of a Crumbl cookie isn't "my level" of crunchy! 😂
If I did buy these, I'd compare the prices of the cookies by the ounce (like I do with buying groceries) and get the ones that are a better value. If it's the bigger ones (which I'm presuming are cheaper per ounce), it only takes an extra second to cut them up and freeze them that way.
I think the dough and frosting come preprepared and all they do at the store is bake and put them together.

We weigh our cookies in oz when balling so these numbers have me so confused 😂😂 but it sucks that majority of them were smaller, seems like the dough team just wasn’t paying attention to their cookie cards and ended up all over the place 😭

This is going to be hard for me. I would love to buy the minis but I usually don't go to Crumbl till Thursday or Friday and buy just two cookies. Is Monday their slowest day? They should be made available every day. They would really sell out on Fridays and Saturdays!
I honestly don’t understand them choosing Monday. Our location very rarely has all the cookies ready when the doors open Monday morning. I only see this making things worse. Like today, one of the cookies wasn’t ready until 8:40.
Both of the Caramel Praline sizes are shown with a pecan half on top on the app. Enjoyed the video; my Monday morning ritual. Was really anxious to see the mini review. Excellent job! Thanks for the info.

I don't know - even 10g less seems unacceptable, and the majority were a lot under - that 30g under is insane. It just shows the inconsistency in training, baking, and in truth, in cheating the customers. Thanks for weighing them! I love your scale. It is so cute!

I definitely like the inside of the cookie best! Good to know that the minis are still as soft because that was my main concern about them. The minis will be best for me as I can never finish the regular cookies!

I love how colorful the Confetti is. That one will be my top choice this week, then the Strawberry and Snickerdoodle! I think the minis are the way to go, cheaper and you’re saving on calories. Great review.

I have made copycat Crumbl chocolate chip cookies and I don't know the brand they use but I know they use milk chocolate instead of semi sweet chocolate chips like Toll house
They use Guittard baking chips :)
LOL.... the minis being a normal sized cookie while the large ones are XL 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not even surprised that the weights are off.... It's a rough estimate in everything...

You have to clean it after using it on each cookie. It’s good if you are only eating one at a time, but it’s not practical for more especially with thick caramel, buttercream or cream cheese icing.

The minis must be new.
They normally only offer them through catering.
The variations probably range for both sizes, so reviewing one size or the other would be no more accurate. Each location and each batch is too non-standardized.

48 grams is almost a whole mini cookie… If I was going to crumbl by myself I’d rather have the option of getting three minis instead of one big cookie… for myself I’d probably not even get 2 big cookies…. For people with kids the minis are great because how many kids like sharing… I always wanted my own stuff… my parents would not buy me a large cookie as they wouldn’t want me to try to eat it all and get sick or waste money throwing partial cookies away… and how many parents really want to finish their toddlers soggy cookie… lol

Since when are we using grams as a measurement don't use oz and pounds there seems to be a big push to use metric and I'm not budging
