its in both drop c and standard tunning :) i think richard plays in DROP C while paul plays it in standard.For somesongs they like to mix tunnings and add a layers of other guitar to get their signature sound.Yeah,i was also surprised to see a tab in standard.Steven did a great job especially when playing the solo.

I played it in Standard tuning

@@diekartoffelderweisheit5106 yeah you can play it in drop D either, just transpose it 2 frets higher. For example if you play 1st fret on 6th string in standard will be 3rd fret in drop D
@StevenPerrone after months of watching it live and going back and forth it's written drop c but you are right you can play it in drop d and get away with it I think 2 guitarists are in different tunings lead guitar in drop c usually.
Figured the same with engel also but sounds good in both
