Hi. I tried your method, it worked well, it changed the name and ID of the GPU (also shows 2GB vram in "about mac") but I still don't have graphics acceleration. More specifically I changed the id of my AMD card from 1002:6658 to 1002:665D which is the closest one (R7 260X). Do you know how I can fix this...? Thanx (fyi I am using Catalina).

As mentioned, you cannot spoof any model. 7800XT isn't supported.
I was able to spoof a 6950 XT successfully and its not supported , so wouldn't I be possible to spoof a 7800 XT too?@@EliteMacx86
