Konaev Street is one of the main streets in the city of Astana. It was named in 2012 in honor of Dinmukhamed Konaev, the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR, to commemorate his legacy. Five out of the ten tallest buildings in the city are located on Konaev Street.
