Conclusion: he should've have captured Base A and maybe Base B and keep tracking the Jag E 100 who is very slow uphill and has weak wheels. Easy win if XM66F had more brain cells.

XM66F skilled player but not smart enough. Should've captured Base A and Base B. Jag is slow uphill and you could perma tracked him. Easy win you threw away.
