Just a short film showing picturesque scenes from the village of Rockport Massachusetts. This is edited from a longer amateur film of New England that was taken in the Summer of 1947 by Louis Epstein. Funny that although this was filmed nearly 80 years ago, I suspect very little has changed in this location...unlike the case for cities such as Boston.
This was digitised frame by frame using the original Kodachrome 16mm film stock at a resolution of 2048x1152.
