ratty rat it was an amazing show! I thought that all of the shows produced and performed by the students were amazing! This was not part of the band program when I was in school. I am delighted that the current band teachers are so fabulous and work so well with these students. I have to admit that I am partial to the South Lafourche show, but that is only because my daughter is a student in the band. I have only positive things to say about the other schools. They are all fabulous!
Hello Lea I enjoyed your video and stopped to catch up.....so much has gone on in my life and none for the good. I sure hope your surgery went great and hope you and your family are doing great. I miss your videos of crafting and hope you are able to make more. Hugs and blessings from AZ 🙏😘🌸
Sparkles & Crafts hey hun! I have recovered from my tonsillectomy on November 1st! Now waiting to schedule a surgery with the podiatrist- I have cartilage damage from a Sprained Ankle I wrapped and kept moving on for 2 1/2 weeks of a 4 week school I needed to get promoted to SGT in the Army in July’93 and after I have a partially torn miniscus from falling due to MS... both on the left side. I am trying to get healthy to get back to in my studio and playing!
Wesley , I am apologize, due to complications of not having an extra battery(that arrives today!) and my Service Dog being reluctant to go up in the Stadium (she knows that due to my Army background I am not fond of loud crowds so she tries her best to keep me away from them-we are both getting better about it🐕😊. I plan on recording all of the shows at district at NSU & any other Festivals I am able to attend. I will be missing the Nov 2nd Thibodaux Festival due to throat surgery at the VA, but I am coordinating for someone to film for me!
I enjoyed their show, too! I believe that each school is doing a fantastic job. Music education during this time of growth and learning is invaluable! More students should take advantage of the opportunity. I am thoroughly impressed with the Festivals and how the Band programs are participating in this with such enthusiasm. So much better than back in the late 70s & early 80s when I was in this environment. I would have loved doing festivals!
might not be from terrebone but i absolutely loved that show sm
