A bicycle can be easily lifted and put into any vehicle, even if it is locked at the wheel.
I am surprised why the teams don't take that into account to design. It is a convention all over the world for the bicycles to be locked to some stationary post, and it is the ideal way to go.

There is a difference between Made in India and Invented in India... First you know the basic difference then comment.. they said it is made in India, they didn't claim anything that they self invented it...
