what spray is used in the video after cutting+sanding the hexagons? Is it spray paint or perhaps any kind of solvent that smoothes the sanded area surface? BTW, love the video and the stunning look of the box completed!
I’ve got lots l-boxxes plus a few totes & a couple of Halfords cases. Still trying to work out which way to go on tool storage, but with mainly Bosch power tools it’s likely to be l-boxx
I love the efficient use of space the shadow foams offers. This video was agreed example. I am refinishing an old craftsmen tool chest. Shadow foam is on my list of needs for tool organization.
Very neat. I'd love to fit out all of my L-Boxx's this way. the inserts you get with the tools waste so much space and shadow foam will save you money on needing fewer boxes and will take up less space in the van. Would love to see some racking for the boxes too. Can your cutting kit come in an L-Boxx mini to complete the look?
iv'e got sustainers coming out of my ears and these inserts are easy presents for people to buy me for Christmas 🎅so be one the look out for an order of at least 10 sets.
I've got a load of TSTAKs and ProStacks. I bought the sample foam pack and was well impressed. I'm just waiting until I'm not so skint, then I'll buy some sheets of it.
Have a few of these l-boxes in the house for all my wood and metal working bits, my work tools are all nicely laid out in Auer toolboxes with orange Shadow foam, tidy!
Originally ordered Shadow Foam to store my Wahl clippers and accessories, have recently purchased some Dewalt Tstak cases and already ordered inserts for them.
I was watching like this guy is a fucking artist with this shit then it switched to him hacking the lid apart with a multi tool 😂 "Now we've adjusted it" This was a good video I admire your ability to make that look so professional and basically like it came from a factory. The L-BOXX actually didn't look bad at all either, I'm very impressed.
Hi all, well mainly using the l boxes for my electric tools, and for handtools using the tipical metal handtool cases with all compartments for each tool, handy but do move or fall out sometimes
Ive got a stack of l-boxxes, makpacs and a halfords industrial tool chest 👍 these tools would make a great addition to my current collection of bosch professional 🤞
All my power tools are now dewalt, my entire set up was bosch 36v stuff until my van got done over, my current tool bag is a CK MAGMA TECHNICIANS CASE.
Hi I loved this been using shadow foam in my L- boxx’s for a couple of years but never tried to double layer it up. So pleased it comes precut to fit the toolboxes now keep up the excellent work guys.
I have Halfords advanced tool chest and draws and Dewalt T-stack toolboxes, all with shadow foam inserts, albeit before you brought out t-stak inserts which I'm now gonna have to buy as correct ones will look better 😀
Great job with organization Bosch has really done a great job with their tools and I really like shadow foam I wish it was more accessible in the US. Kit would be a wonderful addition for the handy work I do everyday.
@@ShadowFoam oh yea! I am now I’ve seen this 😂 at the min everything just rattles around in a bag, takes a week to find or, in a huge stack of lboxes 🤦🏻♂️

Excellent Foam, easy to fit and helps you to know if you have left a tool behind. The heater for smoothing the foam is brilliant. I have bought a few for my Festool Boxes and my Bosch boxes will follow on. Do you make some foam for the i-Boxx 72 as i don't see it in the Bosch Section. I will order some if you can?
I have an SGS 72" stainless steel 15 draw work bench tool box chest cabinet that could really do with an upgrade from original shadow foam to cut and peel. I haven't seen you do any work with the SGS range of tool boxes / cabinets / workbenches which are a fabulous piece of kit which shadow foam inserts compliment perfectly
Hi, nice demo 👍. I use a lot of the Really Useful Boxes and was thinking I could put multiple layers in to organise items within. Do you do inserts for the boxes? Also I thought gluing one layer to the lid would be useful, so when you remove the lid the second layer would also be readily available to access. Do you have a glue that might be suitable for this purpose? Also, do you have a method of labelling items inset into the foam?
We have inserts for a number of boxes available, which ones are you interested in? We also sell a glue for foam on our website too - all available at www.shadowfoam.com
Great to see these new inserts made for the L-Boxx system! I am total on Bosch Professional 12V system and have an additional question (or two 😉): - will inserts also be available for the "old" L-boxx (1st version of them) or just for the G4 new boxx? - which height is needed for the different L-boxx heights (102, 136, 238 or 374)? Thx a lot in advance - I already made inserts myself around 1 or 2 years ago with Easy Peel! 👍👍👍 best regards from good old Germany Michael
A Wera Tool Check, Kraftform Kompakt and a selection of Wera long bits for the odd job where the bit holder gets in the way and you can save even more space ;)
Awesome video, I‘ve got some Bosch L-Boxxes as well as one Knipex L-Box for hand tools for which I just made order to you guys and cant wait to get them 😁 missing 12v Bosch system it would be a great addition with amazing idea you implemented here🛠
I left you a google review with a case I made that holds my Drone, GoPro & DSLR Camera (pics on the review). These products are top class and finished product looks so professional. If I won, I'd love a 50mm any size sheet so I can make a Nerf case for my son
@@ShadowFoam I'm shopping for a new sander and was trying to decide if I need to add a new tool box to the stack.
