Depending on where in SMA you are shopping….yes, it can be just as expensive as th US or more so. I havent shopped in SMA in the last year. I suspect there are still many properties very reasonably priced…but the ones walkable to Centro are going to be premium.
Your video has given me hope that we may be able to afford a home in SMA. We will be moving from one of the most expensive places to live in the US-Boston. Would love to see more videos about affordable neighborhoods in SMA.

These are great affordable homes in San Miguel. I prefer to be higher up with the views than in centro any day! I plan on moving there to retire early and your video is super helpful!!!!
