My mom has one. In my opinion, that engine is way too small to power a car like that, so if you need to face an uphill road, or simply need to overtake or speed up a little bit, you have to push that pedal like no tomorrow, and that’s why you usually get an high fuel consumption also. It’s a shame, because despite being not a fan of 3 bangers at all, I have to admit that this tiny engine is fire. It’s powerful, pretty smooth, very well balanced if compared to many other 3 cylinders and also good sounding (plus, being an engine with an high specific power output, its turbocharger works at pretty high pressures, and makes very pleasant turbo sounds and flutters). It would be interesting to see how it performs on a smaller and lighter car like the fiesta…
Bruh. This cars feels like going 40kmph when its actually doing 100. Maybe the camera's charecter from other's opinion. But i own this in another country and it feels same. They might not be that fast but they glide
@@Mlippy See the graduations on the tachymeter (speed counter on the right). Big graduations are 20-40-60 and then 100-140. You change from every 20 to every 40. As they are placed in the same angular positions, it is non-linear.
I fill my car's tank with $40, go to San Juan, Puerto Rico ( I'm from Hatillo, a town close to the northwest coast of the island, SJ is at the east coast), and my car mearly consumes a quarter of the tank, driving from one end of the island, to the other. On a weekly basis, $20.

Te stukanie tej dźwigni zmiany biegów to koszmar jakiś jest ,zwłaszcza w mieście. To powinno działać bez żadnego dźwięku.
Horrible gas mileage, expensive to run.
True… it’s just because that engine is too small, the 1.5 tdci is a way better option for this car
