Hey, Brianna, first know that you are beautiful, welcome to this phase of life, in this phase there is endurance of pain ie if you don't prefer painkillers, eating watermelon, bananas, taking Ginger tea, warm drinks chocolate tea, & using hot water bottle helps to relax your muscles. For me l used bascopan then l graduated to brufen but due to acid influx l had to change to ponstan forte, the best and l use it to date, thanks to my dearest friend and sister from another mom, who introduced me to the best painkiller. Stay strong much love.
Thanks so much,l have the same problem and have never got any solution, umenisaidia pia
Let's start with warm things like water coz she's still young
The ponstan forte is it available in the chemist coz I also go through the same problem
Let baby Brianna just drink warm water it will be fine

Oga, you're such a darling to your babies. Now your gal has turned to that stage... Don't expose her to medicine sana, she's still too young. I am a mom of two young gals who are teens 13 and 16... It also happens to them and we use a hot pad...ikizidi that's when you get a mild painkiller...
I love the way your gal Brianna opens up to you and you're walking the journey with her... Brianna, you shall be well... it's not always you get this... 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

Very humble gal,,dad is normal i really like the maturity of Briana ❤❤
Hugs my bestie @breeze ❤❤❤❤. Just drink alot of fruids, avoid hizo chocolate n sugarly stuff and instead of medicines if it persist see a doctor
Hey Obinna, before you introduce her to painkillers, kindly monitor her first, its too early..Cramps are normal
Exactly
Early cramps are normal but if persist it better to go for a gynaecologist visit, my first periods had affected me for the rest of life with endometriosis na nilijua 2018 and it was very painful. It's good to do check-up.
Seriously
So true 💯
Yea I gree with ya .don't introduce her to any med pliz obbinna those are normal things
She can place a hot water bottle or heating pad on her lower abdomen or back.
-Avoid sugary diet while on her period.
-If pain is so intense, you can buy over the counter medication called midol, kindly read and follow instructions on the medication bottle, also ask her doctor if need be.
I was smiling the entire video..yal are sweet. Bree is fave
Aki usimuzoeshe dawa it will affect her but she can do alot of exercise and take plenty water when she is having the crums
True
Having a dad kumbe is soo beautiful hivi😢❤❤ anyways mbuyie water bottle, especially ile ya kucharge anaeza itumia anywhere ❤
Obinna please don't even think of Endometriosis. The cramps she is having is very normal, maybe some exercise and warm shower with help.
It's just an awareness yaani sio kila pain ni cramps
If accompanied by vomiting, it needs medical check up
Endometriosis is also genetically passed on
As a person who used to cramps extensively, i had to train my body 7 days prior to my periods n in my periods i stopped eating salty stuff n sweet stuff. I also 7 days prior to the period n in my periods i drunk lots of hot to warm water and did a lot of walking. I had to learn to eat lots of greens instead of any other kind of food. Well it helped me a whole lot n adapted this style to date. And with years it disappeared completely. My concept mighty not apply to all coz it requires a heavy mental adjusting n discipline. Sorry baby gal but welcome to sisterhood...with time utajua chenye kinakustahili.
Ok one feels cravings for sweet things but they are not good. Sugar increases the cramps. Chocolate is not good too at this time during P's. Brii use hot water bottle, drink warm water and avoid painkillers.
That time of your period is where you start craving for sugary things, sweets, chocolate and more chocolates😂😂😂😂for me if I try taking tea with sugar or even try sweets. My flow will take a month and few weeks just to stop 😂😂😂😂expecially when am around people eeei women we've suffered 😂
I salute you Obinna for being there for the girl child...cramps are not easy
Hibiscus tea is a life saver and it's caffeine free,I used to be hospitalised anytime I'm on my periods na kuekwa drip but since someone advised me to try hibiscus it's never the same ,those tea bags ziko pale naivas alafu heating pad she is good to go
It's normal baby girl,bt wakati uko na cramp don't eat sugary things

Bascopan is ok obinna.....don't use strong painkillers like declofenac
I second this
Bascopan si poa....i remember in high school we were discouraged a lot coz it has long term effects
Why not use diclofenac? Is it bad?
Am using ibrufone I can't stand pain.nikimeza tu moja Ni hivo sitaskia uchungu Tena.
@SharoneMarion diclo is a very very strong pain killer and it's not recommended
Even you, don't use it unless recommended by a medic
Get her teen vitamins especially vitamin D and a heat pad or hot water bottle. Best advice is see a lady gynaecologist book an appointment soon as you can . This is from a mother of four girls 26,23,20 and a teenager 15 . All the best Baba we learn every day. Keep up the great job you are doing. Parenting is a blessing.
Me until now periods affect me. I feel pain mpaka muscles , and kuedesha is part of me during this time of the month. Wee ladies, we go through a lot.
Obinna, please do not listen to one’s telling you not to give her pain medication, seems like they are the ones taking care of people with painful menses but have never been the ones in the shoes! I am also a nurse and been through painful menses it’s no joke.
Menses are painful😢
I am a mum of one, been through labor and at times my menses are worse than labor pains.
So don’t let your daughter suffer,
The things is I try to medicate with panadol a day before every 6 hours and continue until the 3rd day.
Avoid NSAID s like burden as they cause ulcers.
Avoid other very strong pain meds as they are addictive. Good luck to you and your girl!
Buy for her karafuu(cloves) na achemshiwe apewe maji ikiwa still warm akunywe hii inasaidia sana ❤❤
Trueee I take it also
Bree has such a calm cool and collected spirit. 😂hugs baby girl 🤗

Aki wacha kum diagnose na vitu hana. She’s just getting started cramps are normal don’t instill fear in her. Bt to help relieve cramps let her use a warm compress. Protect ur girl if theirs a lady in her life they can teach her what to do and how to count her days. She needs to have a period kit at all times in her school bag mild pain killer just 1 for the 1st day bt asizoe pain killers sana. Bt it helps especially on day 1 or 2. Hydrate bcoz we loose a lot of blood during menses. Stay hydrated. You got this.
Cramping is normal, exercise ,water bag ama warm shower will help
wooow the relationship that have never have in my life with my Dad,,, good job for loving your children all equally Nipitienii...tu woiyee
Dont eat sugary foods, drink warm ginger water or hibiscus water, some little exercise if the pains are not severe.stay hydrated, take alot of water and fruits
My opinion: few days before your ps,or even weeks, 2 or 3,take hot to warm water mixed with lemon and ginger and a little bit of honey( if the concussion might be bitter)...This solution actually relieves the cramping and moodiness ,when your ps starts.I have stuck on this criteria for long and it has helped because i couldn't stand the pain. Goodluck.
Take it in the morning before you take any meal
The most painful that u can't explain 😭😭😭😭😭

Hii nimejua Leo the whole 28yrs me, I eat a lot of ice cream
She has the cutest smile 😍😍😍
Deep heat patch, you place it on lower abdomen,it helps relax.
Since she’s only starting, I’d avoid medication as much as possible but if you have to, start small with paracetamol. Hot water bottle, a warm bath/shower or drinking something warm. Pls let her avoid sugary stuff especially building up to the period. Bree you got this babygal ❤
Obina, take your girl to a gynaecologist, siku hizi kila mtu ni dakitari Kwa mtandao.you are such a good father.

Yes i agree with you mummy, she is very young with drugs now, let her drink warm water everytime, i do that always, and if she doesn't have more pain sometimes its normal for 1st day when the egg broke down
I used to have cramps back in Kenya tried taking all painkillers they never worked but when I took Tylenol in the USA it relieves the pain immediately…been taking Tylenol since then.
Periods happen when endometrium tissues of blood (in the lining of uterus) that are used to give nutrition to a baby are shed when an egg is not fertilised. Endometriosis is when some tissues of endometrium attach themselves outside the uterus. There's no medical reason that explains why it happens. It occurs mostly to African women.
