    Hello. I noticed you didn't add cake flour like you usually do in other recipes. What's the difference in texture?

      Hello, yes good question, I tried to simplify it so that there are less ingredients rather then 3 types of flour, but adding the cake flour helps soften the texture even more

      你好,我用的是“Prima Flour Top Flour" 品牌,这个面粉26°C大概34-40 分钟.其他的有可能1个小时。
