So be it brake failure, steering failure or what not, they were supposedly not in their right state of mind emotionally, you never know what might've went through their mind. The funny thing is while buying a new 2 wheeler, we must spend another few thousands to buy helmet for our safety. But 4 wheelers already come with seatbelts and with airbags too these days. But people still dont wear their seat belts. Meanwhile you will see the traffic police checking 2 wheelers for helmet use once every week atleast. And will turn a blind eye on 4 wheelers not wearing a seat belt. I really dont understand the logic behind this

Car hitting on divider is a common accident in dimapur because, at the edges or end of the divider they never put reflector on the dividers it confuses the drivers ,sometimes the colour of the road and the divider look same...even me I faced the same accident hitting on the edge of the divider.. DTP please paste reflector on the edges of the dividers it will help alot.
Atrocious state of installing concrete dividers and leaving such gaps without installation of any warning boards, cats eyes or reflectors. Dividers simply don't start at random on a road stretch which can be a death trap for many drivers who drive on such stretches of road for the first time Sorry to say, but the Deceased family should seek compensation from the Roads and Highways Dept to include Traffic Police as well as Muncipal Corporation. The car might be around 50 to 70 kph , 80 kph and above the car would have been totally destroyed by the empact. passengers too must always be careful while traveling, help drivers concentrate on driving. Bdy my wife always help me when i cross junction or turn back, that helps a lot. RIP😢
