    43:34… made a mistake here.. the average debt to income ratio is 20-36%
    - underwriting guidelines will usually not qualify borrowers that have more that 45%
    I was thinking about the PTI (Price to Income) ratio which is at the average 6.0 right now…. When it should be in the 2.6 range
    Price to Income ratio is housing affordability…. It’s calculated by dividing the housing price vs the disposal income of a borrower
