I like your videos.
Wow, looks like lhe is coming out of the canvas 😲
😍
Amazing work man , I really admire your kindness to sharing your skill to the world. What do you use ?
Great video. Very helpful for someone switching from acrylic to oil (which I'm finding a bit scary).
Beautiful painting love the larger canvas ,for black grounds would you recommend just black paint or add in other colours to create atmosphere of the animal emerging, thank you so much appreciate you sharing your tips and techniques
It depends on what you are aiming for and how much black there is, for this one I just used pure black but for something with a bit more black space I may wiz with some burnt umber or some blue to warm/ cool the black depending on the painting
Do you think it's easier to paint it in Acrylics?or not?🤔
amazing.. how many hours did it take?
Lovely work 😍 I was wondering if glazing techniques work with oils!
Thank you, it does definitely you just have to wait for your previous layers to dry and use an oil medium not spirits for thinning the paint
Amazing Work!! Question for you , how did you hang your canvas to work on it? wall easel ?
Thank you, just a few hanging pins / nails in the wall
Superb job matey! are you from Manchester like myself, what size was the canvas? thanks for the demonstration, really helpful, cheers Trev
Thank you yes I am! the canvas was 120cm x 100 cm
