3:34 is literally my theory, my theory was that the alpha hills (boom's lab) and Group c (cathy, dave, mech scientist's lab) are against each other. alpha hills made toilets by accident and Group c made hardware heads to work for them
Theory: group C was working on the creation of the titans, and there was also group A and group B, group A was working on the creation of cameramen,speaker man and tv man and group B was investigting on the creation of skibidi toilets

While I definitely also thought they aren't the same lab (alpha hills = toilets, other lab = alliance), I am not convinced for a second that the administrator is that generic Male09 model in that poster though. It's obviously the agent (the fact he's the only one dressed differently is also a bit of an obvious clue to overlook)
I also don't buy the alliance existing outside of their cyborg forms. It takes way more assumptions and begs way more questions. Why do they bleed? Why don't they just keep getting re-uploaded/re-created, there'd be no need to grieve. It removes all emotional weight if there are no actual alliance lives at stake.

7:24 Actually, if you've played Half-Life you'll know that the G-Man always manipulates things from the background. It can be seen from the beginning of Half-Life when he was talking to a scientist, and confirmed in the lore/theorized to be the one that delivered the Xen crystal that caused the Resonant Cascade. You can also see him watching you from various locations, and at the end he even interacts with you and “hires” you.

TCM got injured in ep20 and he came back upgraded in ep 50, 30th episode after injury, TSM got infected in ep 32 and got cured in ep 57 which is 25th ep after infection
TTM got injured in ep47 and came back in ep 67. 20th ep after disapperance.so this goes as a sequence.
First:titan came back in 30 episodes
2nd:titan cured in 25 episodes
3rd:titan came back in 20 episodes
Sequence:30,25,20.
So from sussy leaks, if TSM really gets injured due to gman in ep 73(part-2)he will be back in ep 88ep. 15 episodes after injury. And it will continue like that sequence who knows.

Theory: Group C is an American run lab while Alpha hills is ran by Russian Spies who made Skibidi toilet in case the cold war became an actual war but then the toilets revolted against the russians

I don't think that cameramen, speakermen and tvmans function like they do in avatar, and much less do I think that cameramen will forget their human past if they really were once human. It wouldn't be crazy if they found a way to insert the human mind into a machine with the ability to maintain human consciousness and personality as well as emotions, so I think that really the humans of the alliance or group C and the others became in machines with a purpose other than simply fighting with the toilets. since these existed before and apparently normal humans already knew them and did not give importance to their presence because they knew them before, so I don't know for what purpose the cameramen exist, but seeing that they record I suppose that their role is security of the local human population where they reside (possibly in the US) and the other groups/factions are more specialized in warfare with their technology (seen in how they use it in their different weapons and soldiers) so I suppose the Cameramen were simply evolving their technology to adapt it to combat in conjunction with the other two factions.
Although it's all assumption so I think it's good to debate it, but in my mind this makes a lot of sense.

What if Skibidi toilets were made by male_09?
Let me explain:
Chapter 1: Skibidi toilet origin
What if the male 09 from the picture was actually the evil Male_09, whom pretended to be the good one? He then made Skibidi toilets via experimenting on humans & i think that Skibidi were put in toilets for a symbolical meaning; they are crap compared to the evil Male_09's authority.
Chapter 2: Alliance secret
I think that Cameraman, Speakerman & TV man are from a different Universe where Cameraman are it's inhabitants. This would explain the camera dropships seen in episodes 11 & 13.
Chapter 3: Astro toilets:
Nothing is known about them, besides the fact that they are a bigger threat. As refered by Secret agent, while talking to Plungerman in Episode 70 Part 3.
I believe that Astro Toilets were originally parasites from space, that were in a desprete need for a host to keep living, so they took over some toilets, upgraded the taken over toilets with thier space tech, formulated thier own faction, and became known as Astro Toilets.
