Another malfunction fire alarm at school

This is the fourth time my brand new school has had another malfunction after we moved in. I thought the technician came to take a look at the system, well at this point I think Siemens has a major recall on their fire alarms because I just found out that there has been 10 malfunctions during construction and now four malfunctions after we moved in. I Googled searched fire panel recalls by Siemens and I didn't find anything at all but I've also heard that System Sensor recalled the L-Series low frequency sounders with the date 3034 and 3035 for low or no sound output

Yeah, I heard
