Just met a young pro pilot 2 weeks ago hired by a corporate jet management company when he had 300 hours. He was hired in Feb and already has 600 hrs as of Aug. 60k salary first year, 90k after 12 months. They sent him to fly safety for type rating (SIC). Met him up at bar harbor and he and his grey haired retired airline captain both were actively recruiting my son and I. It was so encouraging

If you don’t want to work for them I will! What’s the company called?

The main reason the "jab" is such a deal breaker for some people is they have actually researched the ingredients in these bioweapons and would rather die then take the jab (it's that serious to them).
The rest of the world falls into 2 camps. . .
    1) the shots are mostly just vitamins and Fauci should run for president.
    2) these shots are dangerous, I know they are risky but I need it to travel so I guess I'll just roll the dice and hope for the best.
What were the airlines that were dead set against illegally mandating tyrannical mask or jab requirements?
Most of us would I think like to know who they were, to give them business and / or a possible career path with those companies.

I don’t know how long I’ve spent researching if airline companies still require certain “health augmentations” thanks for this information and insight!

Thank you guys! This video was one of the pertinent ones I've been looking for. Hard to get/find some of these answers out without talking to industry professionals.

I’m 4 hours into my PPL and the vax mandate was for sure something that was giving me concern… I’m so glad you two were able to address it because it’s not information you can easily find!!

I love how dorky Mike is. Hahaha He got me to jab the like button (although I will never jab my arm).

I'm a trucker with my PPL. Covid caused freight rates to go absolutely through the roof into record rates. Fast forward to now and rates are in the crapper, while expenses are higher than ever. Trucking companies are closing doors left and right. I know you don't have a crystal ball, but what makes you think the aviation bull market won't soon be a bear. I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I'm very seriously considering taking out a huge loan to attend ATP or another school.

57 just starting ground school. I'm shoiting for ATP and SkyWest. If I don't make it, at least I end up being paid to fly a plane rather than a desk like I have my whole life, while dreaming to be a pilot since I was seven.

I’m a CFI/CFII/MEI with 540 hours TT, 100 hours multi engine. Really hoping to get a different job, but have been striking out. Might have to give the course a shot

Be cautious with ATP and read all the fine print. It is a single up front lump-sum fee(even if its hidden by a third party loan), and there is no refund if you wash out and you fly and test on their schedule whether you feel ready or not.

Great coverage on the subject, gentlemen! You covered many of my questions. I'm 45, pursuing aviation (my dream since I was 4) as a second career. I'm at 525TT and 65-Multi, with CP-ASEL/AMEL, Instrument, FCC RR, High Performance and Complex End.. I really don't see myself instructing so I never went the CFI route. I've been networking non-stop, flying around with friends and family, volunteering for CAP a bunch, stopping by FBOs and chatting up a storm... all the usual suggested routes, but no dice so far :(. I was really hoping to land an SIC gig somewhere flying jets, part 91 or 135. In Phoenix area, however, I keep running up against much higher insurance minimums. Every job posting I come across for a jet SIC has ATP minimums. I'm running out of resources at this point and as much as I hate to say it, I have to pause, stick with my day job in IT to recoup some $ to support my family. Phoenix area seems to be a pilot saturated market with a bunch of operators, but even more struggling pilots looking to land their first gig. Thanks again for covering these questions!

great ep, guys. i'll probably go the CFI route tbh. i'm one of those flight school deferred 10% interest loan dudes. i'm 2 months in with 48.3 hours TT. about to do my first solo XC long distance flight. i'm documenting my entire flight school journey though, so hopefully that good youtube/tiktok money comes in soon to help with my absurd loan haha jk

What about those who are already in credit card debt. Is it still worth it to pay the minimum to get as much money as possible to fly?

Hilarious that the anti-vax guy is worried about being discriminated against for age when he would probably be fine with anti-trans discrimination
