Visiting Sandestin, Miramar, Destin, Florida staying near Baytowne Wharf

The above listed properties are located in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resorts massive 2400 acre property.
On the property there are MANY, MANY, MANY places to stay. We narrowed it down by deciding what side of the property that we wanted to stay on. Do you want to be close to the Ocean or closer to the Village? We chose to stay closer to the village because we knew we wanted to be able to explore later in the evening. We stayed at the Elation Condo which is just a few short steps from the Baytowne Wharf.
Although you will love the resort, make sure you do check out the surrounding Destin, FL area, too. They have tons of activities available down at the Harborwalk Village such as group deep sea fishing, charter boats, boat rentals, dinner cruises, parasailing and jet ski rentals and more!

Actually, no. There's a ton of parking just north of the ocean, in front of the condos. There is a lot designated for golf carts and another for vehicles. One day, we did have to park on the grass as the lot was full, but there was still plenty of space in that area. This place is HUGE. The beach fills up fast on nice days, peak season.
