I'm going to have to try these. I've done the maple sausage and egg before but not with sweet potato. The foil pack looks good but I'm going to have to add a jalapeño. The mcgriddle is new to me and looks delicious

Great meal ideas, thanks! It would take an awful lot to pull me away from my french press camp coffee, but I might have to pick up some of those Wildland coffee bags as a backup.
Thank you! Yeah I totally get it. But honestly these things taste like french press coffee but you don't have the clean up after. They are great!

I like to make a scramble nearly identical to your first one (shout out to using kielbasa as a breakfast sausage - I've never seen anyone else do that before today), but I usually add egg to it like you did with the second meal. Also if you're wanting trying different spices, I'll throw chili powder and cayenne pepper in for a bit of kick.
Kielbasa is so underrated! I love that stuff. The cayenne pepper is a great idea, I will definitely do that next time!
