He is skillful but when he beats his man, more often than not, he doesn't pass the ball forward, instead, he passes sideways (01:25, 01:35, 01:46, 02:32, 03:29) or plays a backpass, causing his team to lose forward momentum. If that can be coached out of him, he would become near world-class. He also inverts a lot, this suggests attacking midfield might be a more suitable position than the wings.
