Dear subscribers and guests of my channel, I suggest you prepare a delicious vegetable salad. In the video, I'm preparing a salad for the winter, but I'm already preparing a small amount of vegetables for a side dish for lunch or dinner. If you add lecho to boiled rice, it will remind all of us the familiar taste of canned food from the store - Pepper with rice and vegetables that tourists took for breakfast on a hike. The cooking recipe is very simple, and most importantly, every housewife in the kitchen has all the necessary ingredients.
Winter salad recipe:
salt to taste;
vinegar - 150 ml (less, according to your taste - as a preservative);
salad pepper 6 - 8 kg;
sugar 450 ml (measured with a measuring cup);
vegetable oil - 400 ml;
tomato - 5 - 6 kg;
carrots - 5 pcs. large;
onions - medium 20 pieces.
