That's a great review thank you. I have ordered one of these in Sapphire Black with the Black Pack also but have gone with the ivory leather. I shall be watching this video several times a day at least in ancipiation for mine.

Really loving my 2020 Z4 in Florida! Also a unicorn, you do not see many on the road like every other car, maybe because of a decline for the market for roadsters, but like you said, just be selfish; ha. BMW has always done a 2 seater roadster very well as far as I am concerned for the money. I went with the silver with cognac leather combo with the M package, & yes everyone else checks it out for sure, especially the man with the minivan lol.

Z4 M40i just test drive one today amazing took me back to my 2006 Z4M and my original 2004 Z4 3.0 se the build quality on these lates cars are out of this world especially compared to my current BMW which 2016 435d M Sport xdrive...think an Ofer going in for new Z4 😎
It was such good build quality and rather fun especially in the great weather (it has been rather odd weather in the south east the past few months) my 1st bmw on the channel so not a bad way to start 😊

This is my 1st video with bmw so hopefully if this goes well I can ask 😊. Next generation of minis should be interesting and certainly sharing engines and AWD systems will be good (maybe they will make minis cheaper 😂) are you in the uk as wondering what the roads are like you tested the car on

For the money, you get more (much) than the Porsche. If you have to add all the features to the Boxster, you get an addition as long as a bridge. I have driven both and both are fantastic cars. The Porsche is better for the WE fun ad the Z4 for the every day driving.
Having recently driven a cayman I completely agree , the driving position is better in the cayman and more focussed but would rather save a bit of money and get the z4

It’s simply down to the engine between the Boxster S and the Z4M40i. The boxster is still a sharper tool but the 4 pot is blown away by the straight 6 of the BMW. For that reason I presently have a Z4M40i being built in Germany. Collection in 2 weeks 👌

I think it's actually built in Austria. I got the s30i and waiting for the M40i.
I was going to buy a Boxter S , but realised that for the same price as I bought my 30 month, high spec immaculate M40i I would get a 10 year old, low spec Boxter S, so my head ruled my heart! Pleased with my decision as it’s fabulous.
I think the BMW is a better all round car although the porsche would probably hold its value better

Sounds good. Looks good but as a sporty roadster, the Porsche is still king and looks superb. I think it sounds well for a 4 cilinder but not as good as the 6 from Z4
From reading what journalist have written so NOT my opinion the z4 is a better all round car
My x3m40i does 0-60 in 3.5 secs, (edit: 4.5 seconds) carries the mail and is very comfortable. Handles like a dream. I wouldn't trade.

AWD does make them a bit lively but cannot comment on actual numbers having never driven 1 😳

Still quick for a vehicle like that 👏. M850i this weekend which is pretty quick as well
From the front it looks great. From the back I'm not so sure would I go for that. For that money If I was buying for looks I would be going for a Alpha Romeo 4C, for drive I would look at the Mazda MX-5. This BM great for a weekend away but not as a live with cabrio for me personally.
It’s very difficult to choose the perfect car and yes the 4c is a good looking car. I would say it does everything well, not as pretty maybe as the 4c but better than the mx5, maybe not as driver focused as a Boxster but generally a better overall package although I won’t be having this issue just yet 😂.

The front headlamps look a lot like the new Mercedes models.
A lot of cars have parts that look Like other cars but it’s not a bad thing as I like both manufacturers 😊

I have 2xe28's (1986 5 series-m535i,Alpina b10-kit not factory), e30 coupe with m30b35 engine & transmission (from my wrecked e34-it got faded/weather beaten from outdoor storage).After world currency reset I'd like to get e30 Baur.

FYI, no gesture control on the Z4 (thank god!)
Luckily, I really dislike gesture controls along with voice controls as they never seem to work very well with me. They should get google or Apple to design voice controls as I never have problems with my phone

BMW used to be an aspirational brand. Now there is a stigma attached to them so own one & you get classed as a show-off prat.
I personally don’t care what people think of my car choice, if I can afford 1 and like it does it matter. Think it was ana amazing and fun car 😊. Would you get 1

I own a 2019 m140i which is one of the most under stated hot hatchbacks out there, I'm not a road bully and i always use the indicators, so if you or anyone else believes im a part then there's not a lot I can do to change that view.
With most things not just cars it should be what puts a smile on your face (it’s your hard earned money at the end of the day) not driven he 140i but doing a rod review of the M135 this weekend

I wanted the new Z4m40 but deals were just not available 6 months ago so went for the end of production 2019 m140i dont need the practicality of a hatch but until z4 m40 deals are more negotiable this will be fine for now

You may be able to tell from my given name that I have a German background (adopted by GI in Germany, 1960) so whenever I hear people drop the "e" I ask them how they pronounce "Plymouth Volare". It's nice that you can even sing that, but only correctly. "Volare, oh, oh, oh, oh".
Once I get to drive a Porsche will make sure I say it correctly 😊

@@DamoDrives Well the people walking past, never gave the car a first look, let alone a second. That's not been my experience with the previous gen2 car.

@@DamoDrives Yes and still surprise me how many people look at the car. The new one in black, saw one a few days ago, almost past me by before i realised what it was.
The gen 2 looked different from other BMW on their lot, but this will just blend in. Would take some finding.
If it is worth a thousand CAR DEALERS will sell it for Ten thousands, if it worth ten thousands, the car dealers will sell it for hundred of thousands. Guarantee it. But if you already paid for it, but you change your mind for whatever reason is, if it worth ten of thousands the CAR DEALERS will take it back for one hundred of dollars. Who is not agree with me?
