مفهوم القضاء والكفارة وموجباتهما
القضاء
القضاء:هو رد ما أفطره الإنسان في رمضان
يجب القضاء على:
المسافر بشروطه
المريض
الحائض والنفساء
الحامل والمرضع وإن أفطرتا خوفا على نفسيهما يضاف للقضاء الفدية…
الكبير والمريض العاجز الفقير يسقط عنهم القضاء والفدية، والغني منهم يسقط عنه القضاء وتجب الفدية
الكفارة
وهي عبادة زجرية لمن تعمد انتهاك حرمة رمضان بفطر أو جماع فإنه بالإضافة للقضاء تلزمه الكفارة وهي:
عتق رقبة مسلمة فإن لم يجد
فصيام شهرين متتابعين فإن لم يستطع
فإطعام ستينا مسكينا
وفي أنواع الكفارة دليل على رحمة الإسلام…
صيام التطوع
تعريفه
هو الصيام الذي يؤديه المسلم نافلة تقربا إلى الله وليس واجبا عليه
أنواعه
صوم ستة أيام من شوال
صوم تسعة أيام من ذي الحجة
صوم يوع عرفة لغير الحاج
صيام الأيام البيض
صوم يوم الإثنين والخميس
صيام يوم عاشوراء
صوم يوم وفطر يوم
فضائله
الصيام جنة ووقاية
نيل محبة الله
مغفرة الذنوب والخطايا
نيل الأجر والثواب
دخول الجنة من باب الريان
للصائم عند فطوره دعوة لا ترد
عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:(مَنْ صَامَ يَوْماً فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بَعَّدَ اللهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنْ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفاً) “أخرجه البخاري”
