Damon literally controlled Elena by saying she can only drink from human vein and Klaus controlled Tyler by telling him to bite Caroline even if he didn't want to.
Yeah with the sire bond they can basically controlled like when klaus told Tyler to bite Caroline or like when Damon said that elena could only drink from the vein although it was more subtle,
Hope can kill Lizzie just like Klaus killed all of his hybrids, who he also bossed around which is why Tyler went off to break it by turning over and over until it no longer hurt and he wasnt grateful to Klaus anymore. Idk much about Hope and Lizzie's sirebond. It seems kind of janky tho lol
the sire bonds was a thing in tvd, the problem here though is if we take the approach that any vampire who had good feelings for their sire, then a big chunk of vamps would be sired that never were shown to be so like for example why werent stefan and damon sired to katherine, obvious plot hole but saying that about tvd franchise is like saying water is wet
Stefan and Damon were originally sired to Katherine, (she probably used it carefully, so they weren’t aware of it), but they unknowingly broke it over time.
and yes I agree i dont like alaric either, idk why he was forced in when there are more interesting alumni that could have been in his place instead but it is what it is
Jed was not labeled in the show, not even by the producers, only Ben was confirmed as gay. You could say Jed is bi, but people can read him as a gay man with compulsory heteronormativity.
@@thesarcasticsimmer1383 yah, but he's the actor, no the creator of the character or the character himself. Only if it came out of Jed's mouth in the show or the legacies crew its canon.
Shows can share a universe yet have a different tone. Legends of Tomorrow was extremely campy and fun, absolutely nothing like Arrow which was more dark and gritty, with the rest of the Arrowverse falling somewhere in the middle of those 2 extremes. In a way, Legacies is just the TVD verse's LOT. And personally, it's my favorite out of the 3. I get that this is an unpopular opinion, but I didn't care for how dark and gloomy The Originals got. Legacies was 45 minutes of pure joyful escapism each week.

JED AND BEN OWN MY SOUL
Damon said "wait me here" for a girl that was sired bonded to him and she stayed there for months (or years if Im not mistaken)
OH YEAHHHH.
Decades actually counting every brick in the city

Luv this episode

I also like to think that he's bi, but it wasn't confirmed.
I believe Ben (the actor who plays Jed) said jed was bi and had liked bi Jed edits (before and during this season)

@@erotesrise ehhh but debatable, Hope never looked directly in the camera and said “I’m bisexual” but she is
@@thesarcasticsimmer1383 she said that she had a crush on Josie, the only thing we know is that she's not straight.
