Today we take a look at how to turn the CSV into a table and then query from that newly formed table. The data grabbed for this video is located at Baseball reference.
Everything is coded within MSSQL and inside SQL Server Management Studio.

What if the excel file is not csv? In that case, how do we import?

what if I don't want to have the csv file as a new table in my data base but just use values out of it to manipulate other tables?
is there any difference if we use the second way but select Data sourse Microsodt Excel?
