How can ordinary people find out if their local affiliate is Sinclair-owned?
Do a Wikipedia search for "List of stations owned or operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group" There's a huge list of them.
Some of the stations in my town, that are Sinclair affiliates, announce the fact when they run a vendor paid infomercial. Also, during the local "news" at 5PM, the crawl underneath the newscaster often displays the daily result of Sinclair Communication stock?? You might even try to Google or Wikipedia the information.
Google it or try Wikipedia. Watch your local news to see if stock results for Sinclair Communications is running on the Chyron, underneath the sews caster.
Just checked Wiki, it's there. Search "List of stations owned or operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group."
