Everyone is fighting for survival. You wouldn't in the right mind turn around and be like "hold up I gotta take a picture of this!" I'm not buying that "supposedly real photo." Fake.
I have no idea if that photo is real or not But what I will say is that there are people who will willingly take photos in a dangerous situation, not everyone but some will especially people who are experienced photographers
