Fred The 10 year old did really good picking the colors and the stripe design 👌you can tell that he pays attention to his dad! He's going to be good at decking out the trucks! Rock on Fred!
Looks like an old Freightliner factory paint job but on a Peterbilt. Love it. Love the factory old school paint schemes. Don't matter if it's a Peterbilt, KW or a Freightliner etc.. Can't wait to see it when it's all done..
That is such an old school look and I love it. Fred definitely picked well, and a real credit to Mark and Eli doing the work and making it happen. I know I couldn't keep the lines that straight and clean.
You guys are true artists! Your precision and attention to detail are second to none. Excellent color combination with the primary colors of red and yellow merging into the secondary orange. Laid over black really makes it pop! The finish is incredible! No tape lines and unbelievably smooth and glassy clear coat! Great job, guys!
Now that was a great video Brian👍🏼 Those guys do a fantastic job. I love that colour scheme it will definitely be a sharp looking machine. And congratulations on the new shop 👍🏼
I love the old skool vibe. The only issue I have with the 389's is the headlights. I think especially since Fred wanted old skoolish looks on it that you guys should change the headlights to the older era style lights. Update them to bright LED's but leave em old skool in appearance. I believe then you'd have something really sweet.
It looks sooo good! 💯👏 I would put the emblems back on for sure. Heck if it was mine I would even keep the front bumper, just add some yellow diagonal lines on the corners. And 5” exhaust, RLK Shiber bowtie visor, chromed steel wheels, stainless full fenders, 359 headlights…
Nice video. Shows how much work is involved just for the stripes. Also like that you are putting out more videos. That will definitely help you get to 100,000.
I like the color scheme, just think its a little backwards. Black truck. Red frame (since the engine is red), main part of stripes would be red, with the red tail lights in it, than orange and yellow. Now its a black truck, orange frame with a red engine and red or clear lights in a yellow stripe. Just seems a little chaotic to me is all. The stripe design is badass and fits the truck perfect!
The video format was cool, to see the process. I was going to mention the red and orange kind of blending a little, I personally would have gone with a brighter orange but maybe it is and it's just YT messing with how it actually looks, either way it's cool and different, definitely what I'd like to see more than plain old trucks.
I’d go with the old school emblems.. and either the single round headlights or the double would look good too.. 🤷♂️ either way Fred definitely likes the ol school looks. And that’s really something most has forgotten about.. 💯 great job Fred and the painters! Lines and stuff can b the most tedious hair pulling, beating your head against the wall kinda deal lol😅. Definitely have done some paint work back n the day! (If I was still doing it I probably wouldn’t have quit smoking lol)
Yes thank u thanks thank u I have been commenting wanting to know about Fred's trk I'm can't wait see final build is his truck going in gis dad fleet of trks or like the 389x be something just for fred
That's a killer looking truck you guys do a great job! When you guys cut and buff those how do you guys cut and buff around the rivets if they get a little drip around them without sanding the paint off the rivet itself?
I think since the holes for the emblems are still there you should just go ahead and put them on. Maybe surprise Fred with custom emblems with designed by Fred on them. Maybe.
If it was me, I'd just do a stripe in the frame color. That would have been simple and, done. I'm not going to, though. I will never have $300,000+ in my possession. I would have painted the stripes down to the fenders, at least.
Fred The 10 year old did really good picking the colors and the stripe design 👌you can tell that he pays attention to his dad! He's going to be good at decking out the trucks! Rock on Fred!
Fred could do this professionally, full time. He certainly has a knack for this. I love what he has done.
The Peterliner looks pretty nice 👌🏻, nice choice Fred

I thought the paint scheme/lines do resemble a freightshaker. 😅🤷♂️🔥🙌 definitely looks good also!

Great looking paint job on the pete. I enjoyed looking at the process on painting the multi color stripes. Good job guys👍👍
Now that was a great video Brian👍🏼
Those guys do a fantastic job. I love that colour scheme it will definitely be a sharp looking machine. And congratulations on the new shop 👍🏼
That truck looks absolutely awesome. I like it particularly because it uses the same colours as the Vancouver Canucks Black Skate jersey.
Love the old school look. Need more out there like it

I'm thinking Bill has some work to do on it once it shows up at his business.
One of the sharpest paint scheme I ever seen
I enjoyed the process of painting the stripes. This truck is going to be very nice.

Got to pinstripe it to finish that off. Nice. Fred going to be so happy.
Love the old school paint job I hope to see it at y’all’s truck show
Probably one of my favorites of multiple color builds..
This tri color strip is totally awesome. ❤
For a young fella Fred has a great vision. Can’t wait to see it complete.
Looks awesome. Tell Fred is has a cool truck.
Has a nice old school vibe to it. It looks good.
It’s great to watch people do their craft that the rest of us find mind bottling “VGG” reference. I love this content.
Pretty cool process! I’m digging the old school look.
Thanks!
Great video. Great paint job. I liked the time lapse.
It does look awesome. Love the combination of colors. They go together perfectly
Brian you look exhausted man!!
Nice. The orange, red, yellow on black. Gives me vibes from the chopper in magnum P.I. !
Mark and Eli work like hand in glove together. Please make some more vids of the set-up layout...
Real nice Clark 👌
Bill and Fred have awesome taste of semis and color
I agree old school stripes needs oldschool 359 headlights
Nice video. Shows how much work is involved just for the stripes. Also like that you are putting out more videos. That will definitely help you get to 100,000.
Thanks!
That is very cool job on the Pete!!! We have a Fitzgerald Peterbilt in Fancygap VA!!! Alot of nice bottomley trucks in there!!!
Very cool.. thanks for showing the process.. need alot of patience for the taping and masking..
Awesome content as always.
HELL YEAH BROTHER might be my number one
LOVE THIS LOOK SWEET LARGE KAR !!
I just have one thing to say I LOVE IT
sweet pete. sweet stripes.

Interesting color combo........trying to keep those lines straight would have put me right in a mental institute 🤪🤪
Old skool cool! 🔥
Sweet! Yes on the emblems!
Very nice old school cool
Nice colors 👌
That truck is Awesome
Looks great

Yesss more paint videos 😍😍
That’s amazing great job 🇬🇧
What does Fred say about the side hood emblems? I rather enjoyed seeing the painting process, and hope that you'll do more videos like this.
Yes thank u thanks thank u I have been commenting wanting to know about Fred's trk I'm can't wait see final build is his truck going in gis dad fleet of trks or like the 389x be something just for fred
Oh, it’s going straight to work!
I love it!! as far as the emblems i think the colors should run through them!! Just a thought.
It needs matching painted rear fenders. Black Fiberglass with matching stripes. Looks good
That looks awesome 👌 are you going to do a pin stripe to separate the colours?
I like content like this
Nice color combination. What happened to Fred's cabover?
needs a small dividing and outlining stripe around each color would kick it off even more . maybe a silver , purple , green
Looks great, just needs some nice pinstriping
Good video.
The orange stripe should have been the widest color to match the frame better
That truck is really nice paint too he should keep the emblems on the hood
I'm digging it! The colours are really nice. The biggest downside to 389s are the headlights.😔 J hook lights should be factory. Great video.
@OfficialSEMIcasual OH YA?!?!
That's a killer looking truck you guys do a great job! When you guys cut and buff those how do you guys cut and buff around the rivets if they get a little drip around them without sanding the paint off the rivet itself?
Love it Fred as good taste and maybe to be unique put the emblem but painted to match i never see that done before
Retro 80’s
Yup you gotta let the paint flash
What do you guys think about painting the dash panels yellow?
I think since the holes for the emblems are still there you should just go ahead and put them on. Maybe surprise Fred with custom emblems with designed by Fred on them. Maybe.
Should do an emblem in black chrome
I really do like it, but I feel the stripes should have gone to the fenders. But great work!
It needs old school headlights!!
Painted air intakes, 6 inch angle cut stacks, 359 headlights
Do you guys only do peterbilts? Any westernStars?
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Right now, our main focus is just a peterbilts
Retro skripes!!!!! 😝🤙🏼
will it be straight piped?
It’s getting Dynaflex 7in stacks 👍
Is the bulldog Cummings off
I thought they’d use a laser level
you didn't strip the old paint ?? I am confused ...
Okay so why dont yall build and restore more older trucks like 379 Peterbilts with good C 15 cat
When is Fred's scooter getting painted?
Oh it’s getting some paint too!
Needs a Vera shield to go with the look
Hey what’s up bros how y’all doing much love
Pull the red out of the logos and put them back on
3 coats deep of the first color then 3 coats of the second color
Or rectangle ones
If it was me, I'd just do a stripe in the frame color. That would have been simple and, done. I'm not going to, though. I will never have $300,000+ in my possession. I would have painted the stripes down to the fenders, at least.
put them back on but inset them in black rather than red
That did not look like base coat. The stripes looked like they were using single stage and then clearing over that
Leave emblem off
Hi
All that labor and time to strip it is very expensive,it probably be cheaper to repaint the whole truck
I’m never normally negative but I think you guys missed Fred’s vision on this one, I have pics of the FLC he had in mind.
ANDYAYCOCK😍😍🤩🤩🥰🥰😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜🤪🤪😜😜
Emblems off
I don’t know my opinion those stopes just don’t go with that truck. Bad color scheme
2023 why paint, so expensive
$10,000 probably didn't pay for the painting of those stripes.
Awesome paint job love it can’t wait to see the truck done take care stay safe G.Whyte
