@@AverageZoeBlogs 😅 Do forgive me when I butcher French words. I have very limited experience with the language. I always whisper huge apologies to French-speaking people when I read the ink names out.
That's a great idea! Would you prefer seeing the three I have in the videos or my whole collection? I'll put it on my list of videos to film and upload.
@@AverageZoeBlogs it was a surprise! She loves rose gold stuff (she's also a Clogau addict 😅) so this was right on for her with the nib. It's her 'fancy' office pen for when she has to sign off on stuff, it's normally loaded with Herbin 'Rouge Grenat' 🖋️
Just bought a new Twsbi myself, the Iris 700r vac. I haven't inked it up yet, but it does have a good feel to it. I am intrigued by your keyboard. May I ask what it is? I have an Azio retro in Copper/Leather which seems similar in key style.
Oh nice, the Iris TWSBIs look amazing! I’d like to try a vac filling pen in the future. My keyboard is the Qwerkywriter S in white. Another one of my loves lol. Do you think there’s a connection between fountain pen and mechanical keyboard enthusiasts? The Azio Retro in copper looks stunning but I don’t buy leather. If they made it with other finishes I’d love to have one in my collection. How do you find it?
@@AverageZoeBlogsI have a love for quality. I'm wholly uninterested in the latest plastic gadget (or electronic fluff). Give me handmade, give me high skill levels, a touch of flair and a glass of wine [Bordeaux everytime]. The Azio comes in several flavours, though as it was my first retro keyboard and would be, at least, your second, you may view it differently from me. I like the build quality, the key illumination and on a pratical level the seperate calculator is a must for me. Pays your money, takes your choice.
I love all of my pens but I really do love the TWSBI Diamond Mini in white and rose gold. When you say colour, do you mean colour of the pen body or the ink? For ink I love greens, browns and greys. Do you have a favourite pen and ink?
@@AverageZoeBlogs Good evening as of now I don't have a favorite pen but I'm thinking about ordering one. I'm from the US so I'm still learning about the different types. I appreciate your videos on the subject .
@@dianadommer6274 ah I’m glad you’re finding them useful. I’m very new to the hobby myself and I’ve learnt so much from other RUclipsrs and a fountain pen Facebook group. Are you interested in pens in general or fountain pens specifically? I’ve also been enjoying Pilot Frixion pens as they are erasable.
@@AverageZoeBlogs The erasable ones sound like a great idea for me because I'm just learning to use a daily planner. I would like to have a fountain pen for special occasions. Maybe greeting cards. Thank you so much for your help.
So glad to see you back to making videos again. Happy New Year!!! 🎉
Thank you and Happy New Year to you too!!! 🎉
Congratulations on getting a new pen! It’s very pretty and I think it matches your table set-up perfectly! The acrylic stand is sweet too!
Ah thank you and thanks for watching 😊! I have a load of your videos I need to binge on 😉

@@kikaykrafts 😂🙊 I have no excuse, I’m neighbours with France, well sort of. I think it’s such a beautiful language and I love French accents 🇫🇷
The white is lovely. Might put this on my wish list.
You should 😉
These pens are so beautiful! Would you ever consider making a video showing how they write? Idk why but I think that would be interesting haha 🤗

@@AverageZoeBlogs the whole collection would be lovely but I’ll take what I can get haha 💜
I bought my wife one of these when they 1st came out, she loves it :D
Oh excellent, was it a surprise or you knew she wanted it? What's her favourite ink for it?
