My Dear Matt, I am so sorry that you are captive in this unwanted adventure. It will no doubt be a learning experience, no matter how much you would have rather avoided this lesson. I've had a rather rough 4 days myself, brutal storm and cold here in Michigan with my camper. So sharing some of that cold-17 Farenheit and 26mph sustained winds and gusts from 34 to 55 mph those 4 days. Everything liquid froze in camper including of course kittys water bowls. But I should have known by my 65 yrs that the 1st night before the cold hit and what occurred, things were not going to get better. Night before the storm at 65 in the rain, I'm hauling a ladder from a barn and a tarp trying to cover a corner that had developed a water leak on the roof, which was leaking into my clothes cabinet. Bad! Bright spot, clothes in bags. Managed to accomplish my task , stopped the leak and didn't end up in emergency from falling off a wet ladder at 11:30 at night. Next 2 days power outages, brown outs, no heat in camper. Faith interceded. They were no more than 4 hours with no power. But that cold it felt like an eternity. Learned I'm stronger than I thought and more self reliant at 65 than I ever though I would be. I truly love you Matt like a son I never had. I know you will be alright, you have a great support group. I have none. There is always light even in the dark. You just have to believe its there......and Look for it. I pray the New Year is kinder to us all.
Hi Christina, Good gracious! That was a cold snap!! My In-Laws, at age 76 and 77, live in a camper and this cold snap really put them through a test!! A test they aren't ready to take again! After 6 years of camper living, they are moving back to sticks and bricks in 2023. Kudos to you and congrats on making it through the hard times of camper life!! Happy New Year!
The nostalgic memories of those people who were dearest to us throughout our lives who are no longer with us are bittersweet….the flip side is to be thankful and appreciate we even have had them as many people don’t. Glad all has worked out with Lucky. Tell your boss we ALL appreciate that he stepped up to the plate and helped you …you have a really good cousin as well… 😊 Welcome Home…. Once again 😀
I would keep about a half dozen bottles of gas line anti freeze, and try to top off the tank as frequently as you can. When you have more air space in the gas tank, you have more surface area for condensation to occur and that water will run down to the bottom of the tank to the fuel pick up line and freeze. I wasn't able to start up my work vehicle last week until after I poured in a couple bottles of gas line anti freeze and waited about 15 min to try again. And I'm up in the Harvest Hills area.
Very nice of your work to help. As someone from a coastal town that doesn’t freeze, I thought it funny you got soda with ice at Wendy’s when it was minus 30 outside. I would be looking for a very warm drink at that point. Glad Lucky is working again.
Looks like you work with a nice group of people. Wonderful they helped. 💚💚 I’ve had moisture in my tank from bad gas. Guess I now know what happens if it freezes outside. Yikes!
We use a product called Isoheet in a red bottle. Absorbs water and gets it to burn rather than freeze in lines. The Heet in yellow bottle doesn't seem to work as well.
This is why I could never live in a van. At least I can live in my house if my car breaks down. I am way too old to be in such a situation. Glad it worked out for this young man. What is the name of the music at the end during the drive through the snowy roads? It's lovely.

I was having the same vehicle issue on the same day. Mine finally started again last night. I am blaming the temps because the Petty stopped running as we hit our coldest (~-42) then finally started as the temps started to warm (~-18).
Hey Matthew, zip ties through the back of your trash can and hook hang right back up! Happy New Year!! Big hugs for Lindsey and shout-out to The Boss!! Have a safe trip to BC
DUDE!!! Hay if you can't save that box hanging from your door then you can cut into it, around the stickers and hang the stickers up like Christmas ornaments. 🎄
Just thought I'd share what I like do with all the sticker I get now is to get those Magnetic sheets. Think staples sell it or you can buy rolls of it on amazon anyways I stick them on the magnetic sheet and then I cut them all out. Obviously you will only be able to put them on metal surfaces after but you could if you wanted too take one or too full sheets of the stuff as on one side of it it has a adhesive backing and you could stick a sheet of it right on the front of something like that garbage can or on a cupboard door and that way you can change the stickers around if you like or take them off without destroying them
I think the vanilla would still be good if you had another bottle for it. Glad you got Lucky running again. Bless your home Matt. Christmas season was a lot of bad weather and people unable to travel or stuck in places they don't want to be. Bring on some better weather and better roads in 2023 for all.

I really don’t think I have experienced “winter blend” gas, even when I lived in Alberta. I have experienced bad gas though. Boy Lucky 🍀 really was frozen inside! So sorry you had to go through this Matthew. Thank goodness it is okay now. Be safe and stay warm now.
I have good news for you, yes you can remove and reuse the stickers, get yourself some Un-Du Adhesive Remover from your local hardware store, it's amazing, the sticker comes off and is not harmed in any shape or form, then you just stick it on the new bin...lol!
I love your vids. You have such a cheery demeanor, it makes me smile. I can't even imagine the cold temps you're experiencing. Cheers, from a warm and sunny New Zealand.
You could’ve gotten the bottom of the tank. It’s possible that there was water in there it will always freeze. Back when We had 16:1316:14 tow trucks every other to every 3rd tank we added STP. That helped. Canned food so long as the can isn’t mis-shaped it should be okay. Bad gas happens to all of us especially in freezing weather or seasonal changes. Stay wArm!
I’m glad that it wasn’t a major major major major major issue like a motor or transmission or anything like that but to change gas is way better. Happy New Year’s.🎉

Hope you get it figured out soon if not by the end of the video. Smooches to penny and Stella 💕
Life is never boring, but you certainly handled the bumps like a boss.
I have good news for you, yes you can remove and reuse the stickers, get yourself some Un-Du Adhesive Remover from your local hardware store, it's amazing, the sticker comes off and is not harmed in any shape or form, then you just stick it on the new bin...lol!
So glad you have such a great support system to help you through this !
I am happy you got lucky back up and running love you and them baby's
I love your vids. You have such a cheery demeanor, it makes me smile.
I can't even imagine the cold temps you're experiencing.
Cheers, from a warm and sunny New Zealand.
Cheeze... It's chilly on the willy up in Canada!
You could’ve gotten the bottom of the tank. It’s possible that there was water in there it will always freeze. Back when We had 16:13 16:14 tow trucks every other to every 3rd tank we added STP. That helped.
Canned food so long as the can isn’t mis-shaped it should be okay.
Bad gas happens to all of us especially in freezing weather or seasonal changes.
Stay wArm!
Also when I eat many legumes
Really glad lucky is up and running xxx 🎄👍❤️
Glad everything worked out. Although I'm sure hard you kept a positive attitude. 👏🏾👏🏾
I’m glad that it wasn’t a major major major major major issue like a motor or transmission or anything like that but to change gas is way better. Happy New Year’s.🎉
Harsh reality for me today was having a driver hit a patch of black ice and total my car. Be safe out there.
